Thanks for taking my phone call on this issue.
As discussed, we learned there was an underlying issue with your vehicle’s suspension (which was possibly exacerbated by the vehicle being on a flat tyre for an extended period). When our technician carried out work to replace the tyre, we suspect a crack in the coil spring was caused when jacking the vehicle.
I was extremely sorry to hear you had issues with your vehicle after our visit, but as I explained, with no forewarning there would be no way for our technician (or any other) to anticipate such an issue occurring.
I really appreciated that from our call you understood our position, and I really look forward to seeing you in store again!

I recently visited Thamesdown Tyres to replace my worn-out tyres, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, the chap at the desk was incredibly accommodating and well-versed in their products, making the selection process a breeze.
