Phoned to ask about availability of the tyres I needed and less than thirty minutes later, they were being fitted. The guys there are a friendly bunch who seem to care for their customers where bigger chains can be impersonal. I was very happy with the service and the price. This business will be my fiirst choice in the future.

Friendly and efficient!

Took our car in as it had a nail in one of the tyres and needed a puncture repair.

10mins later the repair was done! Very polite and friendly staff member!

Absolutely disgusted.
went there at the weekend to have new tpms sensors fitted as after market ones in our new £2000bola B1 alloys well not being recognised by in-car tpms sensor module. Now to be fare to them the guys were genuinely quite helpful.So I had to go and get some OEM tpms sensors from Ford parts as they were not in stock there.
so when we came back to thamesdown tyres in Swindon both myself an my wife explained to them our alloys have not even been on the car a day and we're only just fitted 8hours before so they must pay extra care and attention when fitting the new tpms sensors not to damage them!!.... 2 of the guys came out and had a look at them and were very complementing about our new alloys one of the chaps had a good look round obviously making sure that there was no damage to any of the alloys before they took the car in so you would imagine they would be extra careful and use the rim protector for the tire machine so no damage was done when fitting the new tpms sensors.they took the car in to the workshop and not so long after bringing our car back out..

Great myself and my wife thought i went to the counter to pay my wife got back in the car and adjusting the seat again as she was driving and just before I got back into the car before driving away I thought i would lookal at how the new tpms valves were sitting in the alloys as we had some nice soid tpms sensor adapters fitted when they were delivered 8 hours previously but now the Ford OEM rubber valves were fitted it was obviously going to change the look a bit.... so that's the only reason I actually had a look or i wouldn't have known what had transpired when thamesdown tyres had replaced the tpms sensors because they had damaged them and worst of all didn't say anything before I paid which I think is very sly they should have told us straight away that they had damaged them and been very apologetic about it too and offered us some sort of compensation or at least offered to get it repaired free of charge. Instead I had to find the damage myself whilst looking at the valves fitted for the tpms sensors so I went back to the counter and I said to the gentleman behind the counter excuse me you have damaged the one of the alloys... the guy said no we didnt are you sure no one said anything to me I said please come and have a look you can clearly see there is a small dent in the very edge of the rim now and cracked the paint off,
I let him know that these were checked before they took them off in their workshop and they were pristine no damage what so ever the guy that came out to the car refused to admit that they had damaged them saying oh it could have possibly been a stone chip,I'm not being funny but it's actually dented the rim as well so there's no way it's a stone chip mate and one of the lads looked at my alloys before taking the car into the workshop so I know for 100% certain there was no damage to any of those four alloys before they went your workshop,anyway the guy refused to admit that they had done the damage point Blank to my face!!! The thing is you could see his face was going a little bit red in places just like a guilty person would when being caught out in a lie and I'm a very polite person and quite short not stocky at all and very non confrontational so I no its wasn't me making his face go bright red all of a sudden,and im pretty sure he was told by the lads and was feeling guilty just trying to hide the fact of the damage that had just been done on our brand new set of alloys.if they were 5 or ten years old wouldn't have been so disappointed by this.. but the cheak of him denying the damage by them even when he knows his lads looked at them before taking the car into the workshop was nothing short of disgusting!! He offered £20 of a good will gesture well that's what he called it! if it was them that damaged the alloy I'm not being funny but that brand new alloy they just damaged cost just over 200 quid and you've offered me £20 compensation what a joke!! As I don't like confrontation I agreed to take the 20 pound because if they're gonna deny them doing the damage it's not likely that we will get anywhere going to court so better to take it then and there then walk away from even 20 pounds towards a repair. I would highly advise anybody with expensive alloys to stay well clear of these cowboys they will deny any damages done and even if they do let you know that they've damaged it if it happens again in the future 20 pound compensation for a wheel that costed ten times that is a bluddy insult and we will be trying to take them to a small claims court over this.THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!. Now imagine if they were a 7,000 pound set of Porsche GT3 RS alloys and they offered u £20 as a good will gesture ..would you not take them to court for £35 court fees to try and get compensation!!! I think so!!Outrageous and dam right dishonest AVOID IF U HAVE NICE ALLOYS

I had a puncture a few months ago which they fixed straight away last week I had a nail in my front tyre I went to them straight away it was on the shoulder of the tyre so I knew it couldn’t be fixed I asked if they had any new tyres in stock which they did had 2 new tyres fitted within 30mins
They are always helpful nothing seems to be a problem for them
They are my go to company for my van tyres I would highly recommend them

I phoned up beforehand to check how busy they were and I was able to get in straight away. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. They were very accommodating when I needed the toilet due to health issues. It turned out I had a nail in 2 of my tyres, but Mr.Carter was very helpful and attended to the other tyre straight away. The chairs in the waiting room are a bit low for people like me who have mobility problems. But overall, I am very satisfied. 😃

Recently visited the dealer for a set of 4 tyres. I have been before with other cars in my family. Had an honest discussion about the type of tyres I wanted - they didn’t try and push an expensive premium or something very cheap. Good honest tradesman - ordered and fitted as promised . Always very satisfied. Will return.

Came in for a wheel alignment. After being let down by Halfords the day before, I Was able to book online for the next day as required it to be done urgently. Friendly staff, job explained, finished within half an hour.

Had a slow puncture in one of my tyres & rang Thamesdown Tyres in Swindon. Chap advised to go in to see them which I did, & was advised I had a faulty tyre valve & cracks on my tyre. My replacement tyre wasn’t available till next day so they changed the valve FOR FREE for my safety, & I had my new tyre fitted the following day as promised. I have visited Thamesdown Tyres on different occasions & they are well up there with their customer service. It’s rare nowadays to experience such a good customer service so thank you Thamesdown Tyres. BIG THUMBS UP here from me.

There’s no better place to get your car sorted. The team are so welcoming and accommodating. I really like how honest they were with my car, it wasn’t in the best state but they did what needed doing to get it back on the road. If you’re worried about the stereotypical response to showing up to a garage, you have no fear here.

Booked in online to have 4 new tyres fitted on their easy to use diary system. Morning appointment, waited while the job was done, pleasant workers and job carried out in a timely manner.
There was a slight issue after driving on the new tyres, but popped back in and had this resolved in quick fast time.
Car drives lovely and I would highly recommend these guys.

Would have been 5 star but website very confusing as we thought we had booked a home service and it wasn't. Rang company and they explained what happened so we took car for tyres to be done at their premises. This part of service excellent.
