PS4 repair
Sent off the PS4 for repair (mysteriously broke a couple days after the PS5 was released!!) and the whole process was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Easy to post off using pre-paid service, was kept informed at every stage via txt and email, delivered back in full working order less than a week later. Thank you so much, brilliant service!
Xbox controller repair was returned faulty
I sent my Xbox Elite controller in for a USB port repair, and aside from taking a long time for them to repair it I was quite happy with the service. However as I had a newborn I didn't use the controller for several months after receiving it back.
Fast forward to today and I used the controller for the first time, and the repair was clearly not complete because the controller does not charge (batteries and cable are fine). Apparently they put every device through QA before it leaves, but I struggle to believe that if they were happy with this repair.
The repair is now out of warranty and they want me to send it in for 'evaluation' before they'll commit to anything, but having read the negative Trustpilot reviews I just don't trust them to make good their initial repair without charging me. I'll be taking my money elsewhere; no sense throwing good money after bad.
Edit: TFix contacted me and said they would only move forward with a potential repair if I removed my negative comment - I feel this is wrong and the review should only be updated once the repair has been carried out.
They also flagged this review for the following reason: 'TFix flagged this because they believe it contains harmful or illegal content'. This is patently false and they should accept that the review is a valid statement of my dealings with them. Hopefully moderation ignores this abuse of the flagging process.

First class!!
When my sons beloved Xbox stopped working I thought that’s it I’ll have to buy another one…step in Game Repair!! It really was such a brilliant service and so easy. I can’t recommend them enough! With no charge, they email you the postage to print off and stick on your box, you then just take to the post office and it’s away. 2 days later they’ve received and diagnosed the problem and let you know how much this will cost. You can either accept this or have it sent back to you (or have it recycled - you could get payment for this if it can be reused). Once accepted it was fixed in a day and the next day it arrived (on a Sunday). Fantastic first class service and at a fraction of the cost of a new Xbox.!

Great service for my PS4 slim
I had a PS4 slim that wouldn't turn on and wouldn't eject the disk. TFix fixed it and I had it back in just a couple of days.
The service was very simple, thanks to the website and free post labels that didn't require me to look for a printer.
Great service
Did a quick Google search for a nintendo switch lite repair. This company came up. Shows the prices clearly. Booked it in printed off the label. Got a notification as soon as they received it. It was fixed the same day & I got it back a couple of days later. Was kept up to date with texts & emails to say where it was up to. Great service would definitely use again but hope I don't have to 🙂
Try making me pay twice for their fault.
responding to their response. it broke when i pressed it while playing a game and to stop the bumper falling out i used duct tape to keep it in place so i could still play an use the controller before i sent it back. they make up lies and fake reviews to make themselfs look better lol. joke of a company.

Bose Quiet Comfort headphones had…
My Bose Quiet Comfort headphones had various issues so after reading these reviews i decided to send it off to T fix. What a surprise...after a few days they told me that some parts have been ordered but will take 29 days to arrive. 29 days!! Geoff posted on 29 April that he received his bose headphones back in a week! Obviously a fake review. Everyone posts that there is fast turnaround and excellent communication but no phone or human contact and WHAT IS GOVERNMENT TAX??? As stated on the invoice.
Xbox Elite controller

Great service, faultless communication
It's always a bit of a leap of faith to pack up my precious Xbox and send it off to a company I found online, but the communication from TFix is so comprehensive, with frequent text and email status updates, that I never spent a minute worrying about it. And needless to say, they diagnosed the issue straightaway, fixed it and sent it straight back! I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
