I sell a lot of books to a lot of buyback companies. I use about 10 different companies out of about a 100 that operate in the USA that I have found to be reliable..I am always looking and testing others. Best offer. speed of processing, customer service and the truth or ethics of those who represent their employers are my concerns. Just one bad experience with an order and I will no longer do business with you. If you read this companies reviews you will find a pattern of bad service, dishonesty and apparent scamming to ripoff college students. I graduated in 2004 so I'm selling books online everyday now and companies like this one think all their customers are students selling their textbooks from class at the end of the term. Surprise! I am not a student I am a professional Book seller and reseller. And Ive encountered a lot of scammers out there. If a companies reviews have a lot of negative feedback. Then whats sounds like a Quack.Quacks like a Quack then they are Quacks. DO NOT SELL to textbookrecycling. They will rip you off .

I was quoted about $75 for my 3-4 books that I sent in. I missed the date I was supposed to send them, but sent it anyway knowing that I'd be re-quoted. I didn't have a problem with this until I saw that I was only receiving $0.95!!! I don't understand why my quote was lowered so drastically. If I knew I was going to get less than a dollar for my textbooks, I definitely would've kept them and gave them away to someone who could actually use them instead of sending them to a sleazy textbook company who's going to turn around and sell my books for 100x's the amount they bought it for. I'm extremely upset at this company; they are a complete RIPOFF! To make matters worse, I had to pay $18 for them to return my books!! They need to be shutdown. It's already hard enough for college students to pay for books in the first place. If I could give even less stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Have been waiting for “processing payment” since 4/30/19 and it is now 5/7/19.
Would not trust this company if you plan on selling your textbooks!
Emailed and have not heard anything from company. Very disappointed.

Sold them 2 brand new textbooks that had nothing wrong with them and got quoted for 100 dollars not bad right. But this site didn't even give me a dollar back for them and best part is that they charge you to get them back. Customer service was a joke, the goal that these incompetent monkeys have is that they want you to "sell" to them so they can steal your books and give you little or nothing and hope you wont pay them to get your books back. AVOID these mongs at all cost.

Super easy to use, had a paycheck in my hand within two weeks of sending my books. I would use this company again!
