I do not get why it's asking me questions that has nothing to do with the role I applied for. B2b sales questions etc.
And the questions that are easy do jot have a valid option. Like the smoking question its says you cannot smoke anywhere . Where is that option. Not even included in the test. Lol
TestGuerilla is nothing but a clever tool that employers can use to discriminate against applicants (i.e. age) — with or without the test results. The platform gives companies a convenient way to reject candidates while hiding behind “objective” data.
Applicants aren’t shown how their results are judged or whether they’re even considered fairly. This lack of transparency lets bias thrive and makes it nearly impossible to challenge a decision. What’s marketed as a fair screening process often feels like an automated excuse for exclusion.
If you value fair and transparent hiring practices, I’d steer clear of TestGuerilla.
I recently completed some of the TestGorilla assessments, and they really stood out compared to others I’ve taken. The tasks were clearly relevant to the role, and the feedback felt accurate and useful. The assessments were well-designed, focused on real skills, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and integrity go into how they’re created. Overall, the experience felt engaging, fair, and genuinely meaningful.
I completed a job application assessment using TestGorilla and followed all their protocols, but every answer that input on the multiple choice questions (literally just selecting answers by pressing a button) forced the screen to exit full screen mode, which is obviously reported to employers, so now I’m going to be penalised for something I didn’t do and that wasn’t my fault.
Most of the questions were completely irrelevant to applied position. Felt like being back in math class. Found errors in their questions with no right answer. Unrealistic completion timing, if you have 16 math questions (that require computing and reading long Qs) you only get 12 min to complete the whole test, that means less than a minute to read, calculate and answer. Would not recommend and would never use.
I had a connection issue, took 10 seconds to reconnect. TestGorilla marked my assignment completed and submitted it while I was at 40%. Might have lost a great opportunity because of this. Very frustrating.
I asked for some contacts at the company and they failed to provide that as well.
Assistance was basically non existent. Received a template response hours later. Personally I’m very disappointed.
I recently completed a TestGorilla assessment and was very impressed with the platform. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it stress-free to focus on the questions. Everything worked seamlessly, no technical issues, clear instructions, and a professional feel. A really fair and well-structured way to demonstrate skills.
Annual commitment is hidden as a monthly payment,. Watch out. Then the support is rude and pushy.
The experience help out in time management and accuracy the questions asked helps to develop ones IQ
We had very bad experience with Testgorilla. I wanted to cancel my subscription without paying the whole year as I was unsatisfied and they started threatening me via emails. They told me that they will follow legal actions to get their money and I should put a valid card. This company doesnt know what customer experience means. Their emails were rude and not proper of such a company.

The test was well structured, instructions given clearly. Overall a good experience.
I was wondering if you could offer me these kind of tests maybe two-three times a week?

It was very thorough and automated, I believe very much in the use of new technologies to ensure connectivity and reduce waiting time.

Over-all the test was good but I am upset with one thing only, the test was random and the questions were also taken randomly from nowhere. One question had nothing to do with another, infact it's a good factor.
