Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Took nearly 5 months for a meter that I purchased to be delivered. Deadlines kept changing and no information from the numerous calls I made to chase up the delivery. I was simply told that it wasn’t their fault. Very very poor customer experience.

Delivery was quick, the items were well packaged. Importantly I feel that if there are any issues with the multimeter that PASS will be able to help me with them.

Need to sort out their packaging
Pen knife arrived in a huge box which meant delivery driver could not post it through letter box. It would easily have fitted in small Jiffy bag. Hardly saving the environment. 🙄

Would give zero stars if possible
Would give zero stars if possible! Sent off my anton flue gas analyser for a simple recalibration on a Thursday. On the Monday it was returned to me unopened in the exact same packaging I’d sent it in. When I phoned to complain and explained to them that would be another 3 days that I couldn’t earn any money without my working analyser the lady said “yeah the couriers are a nightmare” and offered me a refund for the postage. I said this was insufficient compensation for the 3 days work I’d be losing she just said sorry, nothing she could do about it.
