We are very impressed with the service Tessa Alliance offers as it can be a real challenge to get reliable, clear and unbiased information from Health Insurance Companies, making it very difficult to make accurate comparisons. I tend to shy away from this sort of thing unless I am truly impressed which has not happened as much as I should have liked these days. However, having decided to get private health coverage for my wife and myself I reluctantly realized I would have to take a deep dive into the machinations of the private health insurance field.
I got lucky.
I made several calls to brokers but my first turned out to be the best. I spoke with Aaron Jones at Tessa Alliance. Over the course of several weeks as I sloughed through all the documents and asked what I hoped would be all the right questions I was truck with his knowledge and his ability to quickly understand where I was going with my questions and his forthrightness in answering them.

Aron was quick to get to the point on different options, clear in his advice and efficient without being pushy. Whilst I of course hope not to need to make a claim ever I feel that if I did, Aron would be a good support in handling a claim for me.
