Tenorshare is a scam!! Their software doesn't work at all and refund is refused until threat of reporting fraud to bank is made. Even then they send 10 emails offering 30% then 40 then 50 until eventually 100 hoping u agree to partial refund. DONT BUY ANYTHING THEY OWN
Response to vendor reply:
It is very much a scam when you claim to be able to do things that you can not do. Just like you claim full refund no worries and yet do everything to not issue it.

DO NOT USE THEM.
My did not unlock. I was within the 7 day trial period. Infact i had the app for 1 day and i asked for a refund. They only decided to refund 30% of my money.
To me they stole the money. Lies. absolute lies.
Money NOT Guaranteed Back.
I have all emails. I only used the app for 1 day. U have to enter your card details to get the 7 day free. Today is the 6th day. Now they reply with 50% refund.
Hoax. Scam.

i paid for a lifetime subscription of 4ukey. when it fails to unlock your phone, theyk]ll suggest factory reset. when you doit and try to use it on the reset phone, youre now on your 2nd of 5 phones. if you start another phone when it doesnt work, that 3, factory reset that and try again, theres 4, try a new phone, thats 5 and you have to pay again. i asked to have my devices recharged and they said theyd only do it if i left a five star reiew. Homie dont play dat.

i have used this service for years now, not saying its been without its issues but the customer service team has always promptly fixed any issue ive had. i highly recommend them.
Unable to cancel , unable to contact anybody the refund policy seems to be set up so that you can't cancel. The automated refund system just sends you around in a circle. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had never heard of them.

This business is an absolute scam. They'll enroll you in a subscription you never authorized for, will refuse to refund you, and will try their best to dodge cancelling your subscription.
Avoid at all costs!!!
Update: the tenorshare team reached out to me to offer a full refund in exchange for deleting my review. I deleted it hoping I would finally reach a resolution but they haven’t honoured it and are now ignoring me. This just goes to show you how unethical this business is.

We are a corporate customer (Langpros Translation LLC) and we are still facing an unresolved billing dispute with Tenorshare regarding unauthorized recurring charges.
Tenorshare confirmed in writing on 10 December 2025 that our auto subscription under Order ID: T1967519281080406016 was cancelled and that there would be “no recurring billings in the future.”
Despite this written cancellation confirmation, recurring charges continued to be deducted from our corporate credit card. The total unauthorized amount documented is AED 1,795.36 (two licenses).
We have contacted Tenorshare Support multiple times and provided complete supporting evidence, including cancellation confirmation and transaction history. However, Tenorshare continues to refer to internal refund policies and “30-day limitations,” and is only offering a refund for the most recent renewal order instead of the full unauthorized amount.
Tenorshare also claimed they could not locate some charges by email, even though the deductions are clearly reflected on our card statement.
Current ticket reference: TID23035426.
We request Tenorshare to immediately initiate the full refund of AED 1,795.36, provide the refund reference, and confirm the expected timeline for the amount to reflect on our credit card.
If this matter is not resolved, we will proceed with a formal dispute/chargeback through our bank.

I am reaching out through this page as I have not been able to resolve my case satisfactorily through your customer support team.
Although I received written confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled, charges continued to be deducted from my account. The total amount deducted after the confirmed cancellation is AED 1,795.36.
Despite providing the necessary documentation and evidence, I have only been offered partial refunds. However, my concern relates specifically to charges made after the confirmed cancellation, which were not authorized.
I kindly request a full refund of AED 1,795.36 and a clear clarification regarding how these deductions occurred.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently updated my computer, so the activation code stopped working. Support responded that I exceeded my activation limit and must purchase the license again. They also asked me to leave a 5-star review to receive a new license. I think the support is terrible and it was a bad investment. I paid for the lifetime version and was only able to use it once.

I purchased a one-month iCareFone subscription from Tenorshare, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money—and worse, it actually damaged my phone.
The software failed to transfer my data, which was the entire reason I bought it. Instead of fixing anything, it corrupted my phone, forcing me to do a full reset just to make the device usable again. That alone made the purchase unacceptable, as no paid software should ever put a user’s device at risk.
What made the situation even worse is that about a week after the purchase, I noticed unauthorized attempts to charge my account $44. I did not approve this charge. Thankfully, my bank’s security features blocked it—but the fact that this happened at all is extremely alarming.
Between the buggy, unreliable software, the data loss, and the suspicious billing behavior, this experience felt more like dealing with scammers than a legitimate software company.
I strongly do not recommend this product or subscription. If you value your data, your device, and your financial security, stay far away.

I ordered a formatting utility from this company. While the utility worked, the company keeps trying to charge me for subscriptions that I didn’t purchase. Last month they charge me for one product. When called out on it the canceled the subscription but refused to refund the money. This month they are charging for a subscription for a different product. I’ve already informed paypal concerning this. As far as I’m concerned, they’re crooks.

I use their IAnyGo software for pokemon go, it works really well and is really safe if you wait for the teleport cooldown before doing any action in the game. I have had some payments issues in the past and the customer service is really helpful, you can expect an answer back in 24h.
Worst service ever don’t ever buy anything from this company.
They will tell you 30 money guarantee but their software is not working at all even after sharing the evidence no response from the team.
Just got scammed for 35usd for good also they will auto start 1 more subscription as a trial later they will also charge you for that.
The moment you ask for refund even after proof they will stop replying so be careful
New update guys
They gave me another software key which I don’t even want instead of refund lol even though am facing techies issue.
Please stay away from this scam company I even have proof if any one wants

Terrible company, i bought software which fail to do whats was advertised. After one week company try to charge me fór another 20$ for software i did not ordered(subscription was one month) Despite 30 days guarantee of taking money backy, there is NO WAY to ask for refund or cancel subscription.
But whats best with revolut you can block any outgoing payments to this company. So you dont need to cancel payment, or revolut offer one time credit card etc. I really love revolut for this.
