Bought their recovery program and guess what didn't work. Reached iut to the company and did everything they asked for a refund. Just for the to tell me that due to not enough evidence cause they can't open a log thay they had me send them won't refund me. The program can't even do the basic function of recovering. Do not buy. It doesn't work go buy DMDE its cheaper and works

I am extremely disappointed with Tenorshare's business practices. I purchased ReiBoot to solve a specific iPhone 14 firmware error (-75). The software failed to complete the "Standard Repair," consistently freezing at 45% and failing at the same stage as free alternatives like iTunes.
The Real Issue:
I contacted support to cancel and request a refund within the 7-day free trial period. Despite this, they processed the full charge on my card. When I reached out again, "support" (Jessie) admitted in writing that they could not solve my technical problem, yet they still refused a refund. Instead, they tried to force me to accept "store credit" for other products I do not want or need.
They are effectively holding my money hostage for a product that does not work, in direct violation of their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee and 7-day trial terms.
Technicians and Users: Avoid this company. They use "loophole" scripts to avoid issuing refunds for defective software. I have had to escalate this as an unauthorized transaction/fraudulent charge with my bank (CIBC).

Despite their "30-day money-back guarantee," they refused a full refund and kept bargaining with me like a flea market—starting from 30%, then 45%, 60%, and now 85%. They failed to send a renewal notification email but still charged me. I demand a 100% full refund immediately. My Order ID is TID23126301.

I was having nothing but problems and getting just frustrated trying to find a solution to the issue i was having. The tenorshare customer support service was very helpful polite and easy to understand. They provided me with some advice and guidance on what I needed to do to get my issue resolved. I had such a great experience that I would recommend that if you need help with the products, the support service will provide you with a variety of information and resources that are easy to understand and follow through with that it will be worth your time to ask for help from them. Tenorshare customer support service is one of the best online support services i have ever experienced. Even when I was unsure of how to do what the support service had instructed me to do, i felt that it was no problem to ask for them to re-explain the process in a different way that i would be able to understand and go thru. So polite and friendly, and easy to understand with simple steps to follow and go through without any kind of negativity. They made my experience a pleasure to work with them and i had my solution real quick. I recommend that if you have any questions to ask support service and you will have an answer real quick. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Tenorshare software. I purchased their data recovery tool to retrieve 10GB of WhatsApp history, and despite strictly following all their complex instructions, the software recovered absolutely nothing from my deleted files. It only showed data that was already on my phone!
Their support team is even worse; they are intentionally slow, replying only once every 24-48 hours with repetitive technical questions just to stall and exhaust the 30-day refund period. They claim to have a refund policy, but they make it nearly impossible to get your money back even when the software fails completely. Save your money and your time—do not trust this company
They just talking and talking to wast time with out any proper action or return money .

I subscribed to Tenorshare UltraData-WhatsApp Recovery. The tool didn't help to recover my data. It only displays existing data after hours of loading. And above all, there is no simple way to cancel the subscription... You will need to contact the customer care, which also is not quite easy. It seems to be intended to make you waste your money. I seriously advise against this service.

It's genuinely impressive that they managed to make me hate them so much.
The feeling of sheer relief I felt when they recovered the lost files from my hard drive was impossible to describe.
However, not only did the worthless scum who run this buisiness opt for an auto-renewing subscription fee for a software that has no buisiness using such a model, but to cancel your subscription, you must CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
This is UNNECEPTABLE.
There is ONE, and ONLY ONE reason why ANY company would EVER do this.
By making it seem more of a daunting Task to cancel your subscription, their goal is that you will put off cancelling, and continue to pay them month after month even as their software sits inert on your PC doing absolutely nothing, because most people only need data recovery very occassionally.
Intentionally or not, this also disproportionately targets and exploits people with conditions such as ADHD, who are at greater risk of forgetting about
By any ethical framework, I DESERVE to be refunded the money that this disgusting buisiness practice ripped out of my pocket. But if they had the integrity to do that, they'd never have made it this way to begin with.

I recently came across this and would like to highlight it as a cautionary example. Please be careful of such tactics.
It is similar to intending to purchase a BMW, but a small clause states that a Mercedes will also be offered to you. If you do not respond within 7 days, the Mercedes will be automatically charged—on top of the BMW you were initially charged for—effectively forcing you to accept it.
This situation is comparable to purchasing software WhatsApp transfer, where unrelated promotional content for PicPretty is bundled together and cannot be removed. If there is no response within 7 days, a charge is imposed, which appears misleading and scam-like.
I did not request or agree to install your software for PicPretty.

They boldly claim a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" on their website to trick you into buying. When the software failed to recover my files and I asked for a refund, they refused! They demanded I provide system "log files" and act as their unpaid QA tester. When I declined to waste my time troubleshooting their broken software, they rejected my refund citing a hidden policy. Do not trust their guarantee. Avoid this company at all costs!
Update: Now they are trying to bargain and offer a 45% refund. I said NO. I want my 100% full refund as advertised!
Update 2: Now they bumped it to 50%. Still playing games. I demand 100%!
Final Update: They refused to refund until my bank forced a chargeback. The worst customer service ever. Avoid!

Hello everyone, I purchased the Reiboot service from Tenorshare to fix an iPhone stuck in a boot loop. The tool only provides one feature (instead of all those advertised on their website), and in my experience it does nothing more than the free tool provided by Apple for iOS and Windows.
After realizing the tool was ineffective, I promptly contacted customer support. Despite repeatedly asking me for log files and additional data about my tests, they refused to offer a refund—even though THEIR WEBSITE GUARANTEES A 100% REFUND (SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK).
After more than a week of insisting, they turned out to be a scam company offering the functionality of a free tool through a paid subscription.

Used iAnyGo for gaming. Works as expected, had an issue before with locations on iPhone and it was fixed.
I reported a fraudulent change on my card by Tenorshare.
Instead of resolving the problem, they tried to bribe me to keep me silent. They told me they would only resolve it if I changed my review.
