I asked them to cancel my subscription, they say do it yourself, I did, but they keep on charging me.

I watched a game yesterday morning on my LG TV. When i went back to the app in the afternoon, I'd been logged out. I signed in, and got "couldn't connect to TennisTV-Error: OC-D007," tried again, and it showed the words "TennisTV" on a blue background. And that is it, that's all i get now. Sent an email to the Help desk, and got a generic reponse, basically stating stiff cheese, and watch on other devices! (belies the purpose of the company's title). I signed up 8 weeks ago, I'm 76 years old, and I feel I've been conned.

Horrible streaming service, it logs off by itself all the time, most inconsistent streaming I ever seen. Always loading, just useless.
I would love to cancel it and get the remainder of my money back, but they are so dodgy that they don't do that.

I was charged twice for my subscription. I have written three times over two weeks and asked for a refund and have received no response. There is no phone number on the website. Worst customer service. I feel cheated.

scamming for subscribers. Suggesting live wimbledon matches for premium subscription without offering wimbledon coverage.

Constant glitches, logging out of app, unable to log in and customer service is via email. Simply ridiculous.

There are no women's matches to view -ever. Is someone asleep at the wheel or just oblivious.

Viewed in France on Sony TV via app loaded on an old Roku 2 box no problems perfect😀 . If viewed via Windows 10 PC unreliable .

It’s just very very bad and irritating when you use it on Apple TV… Who wrote their software??? ATP TV app before was working just perfect, just don’t understand why you have to kill a winning horse…

The highlights are all just of sound tracks with videos of the spectators...NO players. Unbelievable!!

Try to log in on my tv, put the given code in. Comes up invalid code. Tried loads of times with different codes every time . Sent a ticket in and all that happened was they took my subscription out of my account and that was it. I've always watched tennistv on my television before so what's the problem now? Given up so cancelling my subscription.

Every time I try to sign up they claim to send an email to verify my email address. It never arrives, despite numerous resends, different email address and devices tried. Customer support useless.
This company is a total waste of space.

Worst app ever.
There is no customer support at all and the don‘t even want to apply to there own terms and conditions. If you can’t access the app you will need to wait 2 days until someone comes back with a generic text that doesn’t help you at all and then the game starts from the start again.
Livestream is often not working fully and you have to restart the page.
I do not recommend at all to use this app or subscribe to it.

Improvement is a word this Company doesn't know. I had an Issum wirh my account. Could not login any more because i did not have any opportunity to login to my e Mail id. So i almost wrote them like ten Mails. And they were like "login to you Mail account'. And a said...no i cant. Thats my problem. Them tried to cancel my subscribtion. Still today they could not help me. But my money is still going to this Company. So i am not pleased at all.

One of the most problematic streaming video sites I have ever met. Flickering video in TennisTV Android app, discontinued video in TennisTV.com. It occurs on a constant basis during the last 4-5 months. I really wonder why they don't fix it. Esp. because it is the most expensive video tennis streaming sites, comparing e.g. to WTA TV and Eurosport Player.
Unfortunately, I have not found another way to watch ATP Tour tennis ...

Been trying to get the app to work since April. Paid premium since April. Customer support keeps asking the same questions over and over. App is not working. Every time the copy paste text they send back, says they are looking into the issue, but nothing changes.
It seems like they don’t even read the emails. Very very frustrating. And , of course, there is no number to call to get it sorted.
Extremely disappointed. Never had to deal with such unprofessional customer support. A waste of time and patience.

I am based in the US and had a very disappointing experience with this TV service. Their App became unavailable and they refuse to reimburse the remaining months of my annual subscription.

Tennis TV is a video streaming service dedicated to ATP tennis tournaments and it is owned by ATP Media Holdings based in UK.
I purchased an annual subscription of this service in October 2021 for my Samsung smart TV. Few months later, the service stopped working on the smart TV and I could only access the service on my smart phone or computer. According to their website, the service interruption was temporary. After many delays, it was announced that the service was going to be restored in April. As of mid May 2022, the App is still not searchable/downloadable on Samsung TV.

I have repeatedly contacted their customer service to ask for a partial reimbursement of the remaining months of my annual subscription. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number and can be only contacted by email at help at tennistv.com . There is no ticketing system and my email got answered by different representatives, so there is really no way to handle the case history or make some progress.
