I was watching the AO 2026 mens quarter final tennis match on NowTV’s TNT Sport Premier, and at a critical moment in the match (4th Set) they cut the match off and changed to Cricket per their schedule!! Why? I purchased this service to specifically watch the AO. So I had to listen to the remainder of the match on the BBCRadio5 Spirts Extra.

The worst customer experience ever. They make you offers and you select the minimum term packages. But then take it away saying there’s nothing they can do! But can actually change the rules when it suits them. Great Sky, HBO etc films and TV shows are tethered to this terrible company

Be easier living off my mobile data than this pathetic excuse of an internet provider. Tried taking double payment over Christmas, internet goes off same time every night for hour, slow speed, and the customer service is a joke. Sky and now joining forces you know it's going to get worse. Save your time and choose a different company we honestly have nothing but trouble with these

Now-TV gives a really substandard service for an expensive package. As far as watching tennis from zones distant from GMT is concerned, it is of minimal use as it mostly shows only live matches which are transmitted at inconvenient times. Then there in the handful of recorded matches from ATP and WTA, which seem to be mindlessly chosen by some gnomic algo rhythm or someone who knows little about tennis and cares even less. Someone who chooses games aimlessly and leaves them 'up' for long times. I payed a sizeable amount for Now Sport (which gets me Premier football and other stuff I don't wish to view) and then payed an uplift for tennis. One thing is CERTAIN, I wont be joining again. It is a shoddy, down at heel service.

I am hugely disappointed with NOW TV's Sky sports subscription. I got up early on a Saturday to watch South Africa Vs All Blacks rugby. Id already noted that if you pause for more than a couple mins, it goes to standby and when you play again it defaults to live, so you have to try not see the score and rewind to where you left off.
Then during second half (15 mins left) I was prepared to do just that, went to make breakfast, returned prepared to rewind, and the game was finished and I couldn't rewind, couldn't locate it to watch again, and all I saw was the interviews after (as part of a new show, so couldn't go back). No sign of the match on replay (couldn't even locate a replay of the previous week's match - simply isn't there), so I missed seeing the last 15 mins of what I believe was an incredible win! So gutted and fuming at having paid £35 for a month pass, and I can't watch what I paid for!!! A terrible system and a scam to not show the games you promise and advertise that you show.

Change of conditions, from 10 euros to 30 in one year without I could even realise. Thieves. Watchout

We paid £35 to watch the US Open Tennis in the vain hope it would be better than last year. It isn't but us UK viewers have no alternative as Sky have the rights for another 3 years.
Their claim that all matches are available is nonsense- matches are shown live but earlier matches in the day are not there at all. The Sky Tennis channel can only rewind 4 hours, so again if you missed an earlier match its tough.
Video quality ranges from adequate to dire with frequent glitches and breakups.
Commentary is generally inane snd irrelevant with most commentators more interested in their ego's than calling the action accurately.
The whole thing is an insult.

Unbelievabley bad coverage. Very frustrating to watch the US Open tennis. Can’t see loads of the matches, and then can only watch a few on highlights, mostly the next day! Seems they only show replays featuring Brits and the top seeds. I would not have got the app had I known how bad it is. I’d rather listen to the excellent radio commentary on BBC 5 Live! Let’s hope another channel will be able to show the Australian Open.

US Open Tennis coverage is absolutely awful. You can only in reality watch live, which means that you can only watch a few matches & not ones that clash (which of course in a tennis tournament where there are many simultaneious matches going on), and given the time difference between New York & UK your ability to watch matches is v limited unless you're prepared to stay up all night. There is no replay system (their Watchlist option does not work), no highlights. It's very expensive compared to any other tennis streaming channel and incomparably the worst organized--very difficult to navigate. Basically their claim to be offering full coverage with on-demand facility amoun to false pretences. Utter waste of money

Appalling that you pay a substantial amount to watch tennis and cannot get replays except for the oddest of matches. Rubbish compared to discovery plus or even Amazon Prime when they had the tennis service. We tennis fans actually want to watch the US Open including catchups! Why are you so disrespectful of your customers?

The live Tennis matches are just OK.
There are no replays at all. This is a joke. Other providers can give a decent service with full replays and highlights but sky is just dreadful. There are the occasional highlights put up too late and that is all.
Disgraceful for such an expensive service.

Unfortunately Sky has a monopoly for the US Open Tennis. Maybe that's why they think it's not worth the bother of giving a good service.

So disappointed by Now tv tennis coverage, luve matches are fine but minimal if any catch up...so frustrating, have had 2 years to sort this but haven't. Really expensive and poor.

Paid 15 pounds for a day pass to watch 2 PL matches... but the quality is so bad you can barely make out who the players are and you can def not read writing on the screen. Appalling for the cost!!

Having paid a substantial amount to watch tennis on now tv, I find it a waste of my money, no replays until up to 48hrs later, absolutely terrible service for tennis fans, I will be cancelling my subscription. Actually it's sky sports which has the terrible coverage, so I can't really blame nowtv. I just paid for sky sports through that app

My continuing catalogue of complaints....
Started attempting to stream early today at 10-55 am for 11am start. Glacially slow start up,....screen freezing and stuttering, reloaded app, same again.
Became watchable by 11-17 am, so a little over 20 mins before the match streamed satisfactorily.
Utter yet expensive rubbish is a fair assessment.

If it were possible I would give no stars at all...I signed up for an Entertainment package at £6.99 for six months, it was ok for a while and then it just stopped streaming? The adverts would play but not the series I wanted to watch. My last payment was 14th June and I have not been able to watch anything but they are still taking my money!!!!

I contacted Customer Services three times, tried to call three times and went round in circles. The last time I was on Live Chat was about an hour ago...went through repeated requests as had done with last two times...waiting for them to send me an email so that I can send them a video of the problem, email not received yet and I doubt it will be...I do not know who to go to to stop them taking my money. I cannot even raise a resolution case through my credit card company because they require info of conversations or whatever, which NOW tv do not send me when requesting transcript of chat conversation...it seems all geared up to totally do nothing and still take your money!!!???😡

Signed for tennis and now you can see only one game of Rolland garros at a time. Plus streaming is poor quality and often becomes fuzzy. I had to think about it because they are same company as sky which is completely not trustworthy

Terrible . Their coverage of the Italian open is terrible . There was no commentary to the round 4 evening match between sinner and cerundolo. Shocking .
The commentary of the women semis this afternoon started at the beginning of the second set. Awful

I feel like I was conned into Now tv. I signed up to watch tennis, but you can only watch live, not ‘on demand’. What use is that if you are a working person? Why don’t they do something about this bearing in mind their terrible reviews? Presumably because they don’t care at all about the complaints of their customers, only profits.

Got now TV on the promise of being able to watch / follow ATP. It appears to be a bit useless. Playback of matches appears very selective and way after the event. Parts of it live but being that I am working (and not able to stay up to all hours) the lack of playback is a significant holdback to watching matches / following tournanments in different time zones.

Discovery Plus was much better and it was much easier to follow a tournament.

It appears that Sky want to dissuade you from using Now and to get a full sky package. I am not interested in premier league football, golf, darts etc (Fair play to those that do). I not interested in paying a premium price for lots of their output that I have limited interest in. It would be better to not have access to these and have a more comprehensive and user friendly offering for the sport that a viewer is interested in.

Ads on top of this as well as paying £34. Not a lot of use. Doubt that I will be paying up for another month.

One less viewer for ATP tennis.

Hopefully, ATP will go to another offering, but I guess all that lucre that they are being offered, is more important for the money they can pay themselves then actually developing profile of tennis or getting more people a chance to watch it.
