Terrible after care service. Had to pay £6 to return item which didn’t fit (received as Xmas gift), tag still in place never used but I unwrapped it to try on. Placed item in a new Jiffy bag a few days later (they were closed for returns until January) and returned to them. They confirm the item is in perfect condition on the phone today. They have refused to refund or exchange as it was not sent back in the original packaging. They are now sending the item that does not fit me back to - what a waste of time, waste of money on postage and not very environmentally friendly policy! Avoid avoid!

Excellent company - had a really great experience. Order arrived the next day at no extra cost. Unpacked and there had been a mistake with one of the items - TennisHQ went out of its way to call me within minutes of me reporting the problem. Unfortunately the item I had ordered was now out of stock so they processed a refund immediately and even let me keep the item sent in error, which saves me a lot of hassle. Outstanding customer service (possibly the best I've ever encountered!) and I'll be using again and recommending to others. Thank you.

I accidentally bought the wrong racket by mistake. Contacted TennisHQ which provided the label for the return. New racket was there within a day and money back for the old one within a week. Excellent experience throughout.

Really disappointed that the item was too small so had to return it. My kids bought this for dad on Father's Day. The total cost with postage was £24.90. Because I had to return it for a refund, I was refunded £14. Almost £6 for return postage label, there was no other option. Apparently it's the same price even it sending back for an exchange!!Won't be falling for that again.

Tennis HQ Customer Service was excellent and so helpful. Really pleased with the Babolat tennis shoes ordered too.

Delivery was made on the next day, although it was indicated that delivery is within 2-4 working days. The price was unbeatable. I searched online for quite a long time and they had the best price. The item delivered was exactly as described and well packed. Five stars deluxe!
