Treatment went well and consistent use has resolved my acutely tennis elbow . My elbow does still get a little achy after a game and I use it a few times a week to help the symptoms.

A good device that’s helped but not a silver bullet

The tensease device has been useful support - it’s not a silver bullet but part of a selection of aids or exercises that are starting to work. The device failed after 3 months but was swiftly change - zero hassle. What’s working for me 1. Tensease used 3 times a day 2. Light weights to stretch the tendon 3. Squeezing rubber balls again to stretch tendon 4. Hot and cold patches and gels I have had tennis elbow in both arms for 18 months - this device helped me get to a much better place. The journey is not over yet

It works!!!!

Have been using this for about a month now and definitely helping my tennis elbow. Easy to use with different settings and the automatic turn off is a bonus😄
Would definitely recommend

Excellent device and company after sales service …

I developed a very painful and restrictive tendonitis last October which continued with no change through to February 2025.

I saw an ad and hopefully bought the Tenease not really expecting it to work but just hoping, as the science sort of made sense, in effect the vibration being directed on to the painful hot spot which would obviously work to increase the oxygen and blood supply directly to the injured pain.
Nothing else worked, rest, painkillers, support bandages or Ten’s machine with pads.

So, I used the device as instructed and within just 2 weeks the pain had mostly gone apart from a very minor ache – I could use my arm again.

Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped charging, so I contacted the manufacturers who responded immediately and arranged a replacement by return which I received on my requested date

The product is excellent and really worked especially, as the minor ache has now also gone but IMO what makes a company deserving of higher commendation is the after sales support and follow up.

The follow up was very supportive, offering to replace the Tenease immediately with no quibble and is now my `go to` device for any muscle or tendon pain which requires direct increase of blood supply to the hot spot.
Thanks
Brendan Redko

Working for me

I’ve used the Tenease 2-3 times daily so far for just over a week. My arm was too small to hold the Tenease in place with the strap so used some moisturiser and the Tenease to massage over the affected area. The symptoms have improved greatly despite having the injury for over 5 months. No reason why it shouldn’t continue to get 100% better in time

I’d have tried anything to relieve the pain and fix the problem, and I’m glad I tried Tenease as it seems to have really worked very well and all within a fortnight. Only constructive feedback is that the device is a little tricky to place on the exact desired spot on the elbow, but then again I’m not sure it needs to be given its efficacy.

Doesn't work. Hopeless

Used this machine for 3 weeks as I developed tennis elbow on both arms after doing some diy. Didnt make a jot of difference. Called to request money back under guarantee and was told it is only a 14 day guarantee. How are you supposed to know if it worls in that time frame? Steer clear is my advice as it doesnt work

Just buy it, it works

Just buy this—you won’t regret it.

I struggled with tennis elbow for months, searching for something that could help. While looking for solutions, I remembered I had already bought this for my wife’s plantar fasciitis, and it worked wonders for her.

I’ve been using it for just a week, and my tennis elbow pain is almost gone. I plan to continue using it three times a day for a month, as recommended.

If you’re dealing with tennis elbow or plantar fasciitis, I highly recommend this. It’s 100% worth it and truly makes a difference!

Multi use of tenaease

I bought one before I start I am a person who’s into expensive shock and prp theapy and when I have sports massage I think treatment has to hurt before it heals bask to this I suffer fairly bad tennis elbow in both arms through boxing and training the machine it’s self help the symptoms abit but certainly not heals it one thing it good for iv just had major lower lumber spine surgury 3 month post op and still in pain I put thing tennaease on my scar and surrounding area and it help with pain more than it does with tennis elbow, them vibration guns are way too harsh even on low settings
So it is some use, tennis elbow bands seem to work better for me

I was very sceptical but it actually does work

I broke my elbow very badly 5 years ago and had radial head replacement surgery. Since then I have suffered with very bad golfers elbow. I work in a bakery so I do a lot of lifting and a lot of repetitive movements which cause this condition to flare up quite frequently. My friend recommended this product. I was quite sceptical about it initially but I am at the point where I would try anything. Anyway, I have been pleasantly surprised. I felt a difference the first time I used it. It does really help. I have been able to work without being in continuous pain and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I would highly recommend it

Caused numbness and tingling in my hand…

Caused numbness and tingling in my hand which didn't feel right and was pretty unpleasant. I've had the product for less than a week, so I attempted to contact via email to send back and get my refund. However I wasn't surprised to find the email will not send so I have no way to get my money back as advertised. Upon looking into it further they seem to sell the exact same product for various body parts amd problems like elbow and knee, but it's all the same unit. I should of trusted my gut it's a scam don't waste your money

Hi Scott, If you can give us a call on 02380 248725 we would be happy to process a refund. We don't want anyone unhappy with their product. We're based in Southampton and easy to get in touch with.

The device is part of a product family for a few specific conditions. It's not identical. There are four other versions which look very similar.

Unbelievable to think that this product…

Unbelievable to think that this product is not recommend by GPs, having had cortisone injections and rest for 6 months small tasks were impossible, when complaining about the pain one morning I was overhead by a chap that had Tennis Elbow years ago and he recommended the Tenease, so I bought one and used it for about one month and the pain is totally gone.I Highly recommend

Last resort and it worked!

At a loss of how to fix my tennis elbow before the Spartan Super Race I discovered this after a Google search. Having nothing to lose I purchased and eagerly read the reviews. I was excited that it would work so quickly! For me, 3 months down the line it “has worked” although I still get twinges. It wasn’t the magic cure I was looking for and it took time with me but my elbow problem might have been quite bad to start with. Overall I am pleased I purchased, it is better and I managed to do the Spartan Race without too much pain. I will continue to use, and hope that eventually it goes away.

Very effective device

This is my second Tenease device, and it's a considerable design upgrade on the first, whilst remaining highly effective. It certainly worked where nothing else did on my tennis elbow problem, providing great relief and elimination of it.
