John carried out a snagging inspection of our refurbished property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Before booking, he took the time to explain which type of survey would be most appropriate for our situation. I contacted several inspectors, but his communication stood out from the start—clear, prompt, and tailored to our specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Communication was excellent both before and after the inspection. He liaised directly with the developer to arrange access, everything was completed on time, and the report was delivered promptly. It was clear, well structured, and included detailed explanations with photographic evidence. I was able to forward it directly to the developer, who accepted every issue raised in the report.
This survey was definitely money well spent. It would have been much harder to identify and evidence many of these issues myself. I would highly recommend John and his company to anyone buying a refurbished property, and I’d also recommend having a professional snagging survey for new builds. It’s a worthwhile investment that gives real peace of mind.
