I absolutely love this table. The quality and colour are even better than expected — it honestly looks nicer in person than in the photos. It’s the perfect size and fits beautifully in an outdoor space, but it’s so nice I’m even considering moving it indoors.

The design is stunning, and the overall build feels really solid and high quality. I couldn’t be happier with it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-made table.

I dont know what's going on with T&W. I ordered 2 walking oads that didnt work, it took 3 weeks to get a refund and it has taken another 3 weeks for them to pick up the faulty products and then they didnt turn up when it qws booked for. I've since sent 2 emails for an update. The only time I get a timely response is when I leave a review on a public site. Update 24 April, resent the email with the suggested addition to the subject line and no response from that. Finally got a reply from original email, not with subject addition, saying they'd pick it up today. Will update again if this ever happens. As context, both items I ordered, the original and the replacement were faulty.

I’ve been using this company for a while now. They’ve been great to deal with. I had an issue with one of the products but they replaced it for me. The quality of the products is something I value and apart from one slight issue I’ve always been satisfied. Speedy delivery .. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I arrived home to find the large box (buffet self-assembly over 40kgs) shoved through our electronic gates. The left-hand gate's electronic arm was broken off the brick pylon. We haven't been able to leave the property without disabling the entire electronic system and push it manually. Security has been compromised. There are very elderly people living on this 5-acre property. Temple and Webster still haven't acknowledged responsibility even when I have shown them pictures of the damage PLUS pictures of the gate's paint all across the side of the 40 kgs box. We require them to visit the poperty and ascertain quotes for the repairs. Still waiting for them.
