I clicked on the monthly charge and then was charged for a year. I tryed their online support to correct this and didn't get any response. I called the number given in the email and the number would not connect. I have now sent an email. This is very frustraiting.

Ms.Vi help me with the refund

I went to download the template I had been working on for over three hours and the site froze. I lost all my work. Would not recommend using this site ever.

This AI does not follow instructions (I am using a different one now - read to the end)
It was working for a few weeks. All I needed was for it to write a few summaries of my writing. Then, suddenly, it stopped doing it - simply sent me generic templates, no matter how I phrased the instructions.
And this after that company charged me upfront for a whole year, after making me believe that I could pay monthly. Horrible experience. Typical robber baron capitalism. Hours of time wasted without any results. Rip off. Using ChatGpt now - all perfect.

After purchasing what I thought was a one time download, I was mistakenly charged for a subscription. However, after contacting customer service, I was quickly offered a refund so everything was sorted out by the very helpful Vera, thank you.

This site has everything that you need; for free!! I lost an id card that i worked so diligently on the day before. Customer service, DENNIS, walked me through every step to try to retrieve my project. Although we were unsuccessful, I now know where to look next time. She also sent me a link to recreate the project in no time. She provided outstanding service; the biggest asset for Template.net. Thanks again, Dennis! :)

Virgi was so helpful in solving my problem. I purchased a monthly subscription for my daughter. My daughter is Autistic and loves this platform.
I left my credit card as part of the payment, and needless to say, she charged an incredible amount on Template Subscriptions. I noticed Wallet activity and contacted Virgi. They were so helpful to problem solve with me. Thanks to Template and Virgi!

Template.Net offers great ideas to launch any new project brochure, bulletin, promotional event...It's so easy and fun! Vera was my sweet contact representative that assisted me...efficient and so helpful too!

In a business plan, there is usually a month-to-month budget for two years, followed by a quarterly budget for one year, and then a one-year budget so the investor knows what their investment is going toward. Then, there are the revenues that match the same time-period as the budget, so the investor can see a trend. There is also more to the competition portion of the business plan, including the industry segment's position and projected industry trends based on interest rates and market volatility. While I do have access to industry and competitor profiles, I could not cover any of these areas within the business plan.
