They gave me the worst accommodation in the whole of malta so when I got there I paid again for alternative accommodation do not book this company unless you want a similar experience to mine

Very helpful in finding/booking a holiday but that's all they are - a booking agent. If you have problems after that they are not interested and do not respond to calls/emails

Got straight though with no hold lines, Diana was very helpful and patient whilst booking our trip! Would highly recommend.

Just called Teletextholidays for assistance with a trip to Salou. All seemed to be going very well - the agent was friendly, attentive and offered helpful input. I was very open about my budget from the start.
The call took a sharp downwards turn when I advised I needed to check my finances before booking.
There were immediate hints of pressure sales tactics. The price started over £400+ and was dropped to £380 with apparent discounts for the “best price”.

When I stood my ground and advised I needed time to consider, I was offered “a deposit of £100 and the balance payable the month before I travel” (which was only next month anyway)….

Undeterred from feeling I must make a snap decision, the price came down again to £350….I “only needed to pay the £100 to secure the booking”…..by this point it felt reminiscent of being in a market bazaar in Morocco - haggling the price down by “walking away” so the trader would keep dropping his price.
Makes me wonder just how far he’d have been willing to go.

I stood firm….even voiced my discomfort at the way the call was being conducted.
When the agent realised I was not moved by his pushiness, he abruptly ended the call.
Needless to say I won’t be browsing the website nor contacting Teletext Holidays ever again.
I’d rather not go abroad than feel like I’m being pushed to book without a second to consider my options.
This is NOT the way to do business in the travel industry.

can you tell me where i can complin i have been trying foe a week to contact them but no joy discusting we are penisers and was riped off

Preston seems to be the man! Clearly corrupt messaging from Teletext holidays. They are without doubt the worst company I have ever experienced.

Preston was excellent with answering my queries and confirmed that my holiday was cancelled. Will wait and see what the rest of the service is like trying to receive a full refund from Teletext.

All sorted professionally with an agent called Spencer , adhered to my needs top marks 100%

I booked 4 stars hotel for £448 pp
and you gave me 3 stars for £485
Also I lost my many which I paid for airport transfer
I will never ever book my holiday with you

Preston.k was very helpful and still waiting on my refund so will give him 5* for his service but as for tele text I am fuming 😤 it has taken this long to get money back I’ve always used tele text and I was ment to be in Amsterdam in March still ain’t received a phone call text or email about my flight my refund or to rebook…. It’s almost like you want to steal my money and that I have to chase you lot for it ….. embarrassing I’m sure lastminute.com wouldn’t behave like this !!!!

Dennis was very quick in finding the best hotel and it was value for money. would definitely use teletext for all my holidays.
