I’ve been using Telegram for years, but I’m now completely locked out of my account. I can’t receive the login code via SMS, and since I’m not logged in on any device, I have no way to access my account.

I’ve contacted Telegram support through their official website and by email multiple times, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. This has been going on for days and it’s extremely frustrating, especially since I rely on the app for important communication.

Telegram, please take your users seriously and provide proper support channels. I need urgent help to recover my account.

Still no response from Telegram support.
It's been over a week since my first report. I'm a student and all my final exam materials are in the hacked account.
I'm now seriously considering taking this to digital rights/legal support channels.
Any advice or help is appreciated.

I woke up and saw my account has been hacked so easily!!! I couldn’t access my telegram and my contact details all gone, now someone else using my account and trying to scam my friends with my name and my pictures, and support team don’t even care anymore about people’s privacy!! I’m not using telegram anymore. So annoying!!!

Telegram now allows accounts to be blocked for no reason. My account was blocked, and my bot was also blocked. It was a popular bot. All my channels and chats were banned too.
I also had NFTs worth $500–700 on my account. They were just deleted because someone used a method to block ANY account.
Did support help me? No. In 7 years, I wrote to them many times—email, volunteer support, website. They never replied even once.
Terrible support and terrible messenger. They can block you for no reason and never let you back.

I created a Telegram page for completely legal sales and advertising about 3 years ago, in these 3 years I helped many members and communities about gaming with my products and got over 1000+ Positive Feedback and 0 negative (community loves me and my products), Telegram totally randomly closed my working page due to 'violations of TOS but this is completely and definitely false, they are unresponsive and I'm unable to fix this unfair situation, my mistake wase to choose Telegram.

I have been facing a severe issue with Telegram for over a week now. My phone number has been wrongly blocked, and despite multiple attempts to contact Telegram’s support, I have received NO response. The silence from the support team is unacceptable, and the lack of action or even a basic acknowledgment of my issue is a violation of customer rights.

This kind of service is deeply disappointing. Telegram’s support is nonexistent, and the platform shows no regard for its users. I am left with no communication and no resolution for my problem.

I demand immediate action. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this further to higher authorities, including human rights organizations. Telegram, you are failing your users.

Awful service. My number has been banned twice for no reason and I cant get it unbanned this second time. Was hoping to use it as a company chat now that Skype is going but will now have to fins something else. No replies from numerous emails and a message to them on X.

only subscribers can post on their profile. It used to be 3 a week if you did not subscribe, now you can't post at all. Ok, then 👋🏼delete it is

No customer support absoluut pathetic i lost my account without any reason just out of blue my account got deleted I've contacted telegram support many times no response

I lost access to my private Telegram channel that contains personal photos and videos. I contacted Telegram support many times over the past 2 months but received no response. This is a serious privacy issue and Telegram is ignoring me. Very disappointed.

Not a safe messaging platform to use , many scammers and groups adding and messaging eithout a stop it

end-less scammers approaching, without possibility to disable non-contact to message me. Telegram makes money by making my contact available to scammers. I had no choice but to delete the app.

I keep getting people saying that they will transfer money to me with a transfer fee I keep telling them no but they just keep messaging me the last one is claiming to be World Future Help has anyone heard of them.

I have had nothing but scammers approaching me on telegram.
Trying to delete my account is a nightmare!
Most apps have a delete my account selection in the settings, apparently Telegram does not they make you jump through a bunch of hoops to delete your account.
I wish I would’ve known that before I started using it!
As soon as I can delete it after jumping through all these hoops, I definitely will

Telegram is the worst app ever. Its too bad that crypto is so integrated into telegram. I have had 6 to 8 accounts for telegram and they only last a week or so before another account gets banned. I am on my 6 or 7 phone number and it does not matter if you have a premium account which i have paid for 3 times. they ban your number, keep your money for NO REASON AT ALL. i have not violated TG policies but if some coward reports someone who has a new account because they don't agree with someone that someone has said, telegram bans a new3 account automatically. If there are scammers launching tokens and I call them out and they report me and ban me from their group then telegram bans my phone number. PRETTY MUCH TELEGRAM PROTECTS SCAMMERS WITH THEIR APP. IF YOU GET SCAMMED TELEGRAM KICKS YOU WHILE YOU ARE DOWN. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. JUST STRAIGHT UP BAN. I HATE THIS APP

Avoid "airdrops" on Telegram, 99% of them are scams.
Why Telegram doesn't do anything about them? why no due diligence?

All other applications have no problem sending the requested SMS, only Telegram thinks that SMS reception is not subscribed.

This approach looks like a case of saving money at all costs.
