It's the best messenger ever.

It's ~10% more complex to use than whatsapp, but it's features are 10,000% better.

More then just a messenger. It's an ecosystem that I believe could change the world for the better.

That said, it has become full of scammers. All you gotta do is to go to your privacy setting on telegram, and simply block messages from all non-contacts to stay safe.

if you are a criminal download telegram they will protect you. Their report function is a complete scam, they use it as placebo since they do not care and no matter the amount of threats you received by message they will do 0 about it to "protect privacy" according to their founder x)

For months now, the issues persist: NOT RECEIVING OTP Code to sign in.

I've started using it more frequently since Skype is not longer working and so far isn't bad. My two issues? The desktop version doesn’t have the same functionality as the mobile version. Second, the spam is awful.

On Telegram app, someone scammed me. I wrote a report on Telegram and I never heard back!

The scammer, once when I was Telegram him, I also was texting another person. This Telegram scammer transferred a computer virus, which the other person I was texting at the same moment got!

This site is almost all scammers. And they don't care. I can't tell you the amount of times I've been asked to go here. The last one wanted 9k from me avoid at all costs

I used to like telegram as a messaging app because it has nice features. But now I hate it with a passion because they have no customer support at all. I had paid to upgrade to Telegram Premium. Two weeks later, Telegram deleted my account with no explanation whatsoever, no warning that I had done anything wrong, no way to appeal. I've lost access to lots of important contacts, chats, and files. I emailed several supposed telegram emails, including their supposed emails for "support", "recover", and "abuse" all at "telegram.org." No one has ever responded to any of my emails. Their supposed support email accounts are unanswered. It is not that their customer service is just horrible; it's plainly non-existent. I even gave them a bad review on Google Play Store, and no one responded to it. I hope this company burns to the ground.

Poor app protections against hate speech, and no technical support when I report users who misbehave. The app is full of bots with a very general privacy policy that is hard to understand I do not know who processes my data. No responses from customer support. I do not feel safe at the platform anymore. The platform is so unregulated that you do not know with whom you are writing and who the writer is. Moreover, many fake financial advisory companies are asking for your personal information. I am dissatisfied with this service. I consider stopping using this service if they do not improve their privacy and security policies. Thank you very much for your time.

Telegram is a terrible app when it comes to user safety. It's full of scammers and fraudsters. A few days ago, I got scammed out of $41.37, and there was no support or response from Telegram. Anyone can create fake profiles, deceive people, and get away with it easily. This platform is unsafe and unreliable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid sharing any sensitive information or money through Telegram. Telegram should take responsibility and protect its users!

I used Telegram Wallet to withdraw my legitimate earnings.
After over 30 hours of waiting, my account was restricted without providing a specific reason.

Support simply referred to “AML/CFT checks” and clause 10.2 of the User Agreement, without giving any concrete details.

They canceled my transaction and blocked access to my funds.

I was willing to provide any necessary documents to prove the legality of my transaction, but I was denied this opportunity.

Be very careful when trusting Telegram Wallet with your money — they can freeze your funds without real explanation.

Be aware of this app and the founders' false claims about privacy and security. Telegram may delete your account without reason, and the app has no support, which means all of your data may be gone forever. The claimed support email address will never respond to any requests. Additionally, Telegram is now full of scam airdrop bots that have been given verification badges by Telegram.

Telegram's customer care is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, among the worst in the world. They provide little to no support for users. While Telegram boasts impressive technology, it’s frustrating that it’s not being used for positive purposes. Instead, the platform seems to be exploited for scams, which undermines its potential. Urgent action is needed to address these issues and restore trust.
They also scamming people using airdrops first they start notcoin and dogs, gives good profits for community then they use that trust to scamming peoples. And raised more money than what they gives before. Paws airdrop scammed millions of dollars. toma, Rockie rabbit, seed, gamenes, also scammed millions of dollars. Don't use telegram it is the very bad decision you make.
