My experience with Tele2 was honestly a…

My experience with Tele2 was honestly a mess. I left because the connection got worse and the prices kept going up, and as soon as i switched to another operator, Tele2 started making my life difficult. They blocked my account, didn't send me the final invoice, and then out of nowhere i got messages from debt collectors. After that, tele2 even threatened to block my phone number if i didn't pay immediately.
I solved everything in the end, but the stress and the attitude were completely unnecessary, This is not how you treat Customers.

ech, tele2...

Everything with Tele2 was fine until the owners changed (at least that’s what I think). The connection used to be good, but it got worse, so I decided to switch operators, and they also raised the service prices. So I waited for the contract to end. The consultant said I didn’t need to do anything — it would just end and that’s it. That was lie number one: they assigned me a new contract. Then another consultant apologized again. I asked them to send me the invoice (because when the contract ends you can’t log in to self-service…), and I still had a phone I’d taken with the plan. I asked if I could pay everything off at once so I wouldn’t have to deal with it anymore. They assured me that I couldn’t — that the monthly invoices would keep coming because that’s how the contract works. That was lie number two: everything was charged at once anyway, and they even added a contract termination fee… Ugh, Tele2. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Just don’t join Tele2, here’s why

Just don’t join Tele2. Don’t! Was so loyal, treated me like sh*t, scammed for money. Now the cherry on top: was so pissed of it, joined Telia, blocked my account - couldn’t login to pay, told me they will send me a recite by home adress. Got email from bailiffs! And after that, got sms from Tele2 with threat - if I won’t pay them, they will shut down my phone.
Tele2 just go bankrupt

Pathetic customer service

The declared best price guarantee is just an imitation; I paid several times more in additional fees than it would have cost with other operators.
Customer service, except for attracting new customers, is pathetic

Scammers/cheaters-stilling money

Scammers/cheaters-stilling money. Was having top up card for over 20 years, try to keep the number even when was abroad. Tele 2 start charging 2 years ago 15 cents per day /standing charge-but illegally , as it was not showing on balance at all. Just notice that money start vanishing from my account. Now -took off my number, as was not top up within 100 days without a sms reminder as it was all this 20 years. Today been in the shop and they told -will re sell my nr. or I can pay them 10 euro to get it back the rules always was -after 100 days nr still can be used to get calls.

Slow connection, Bandwidth throttling

For the first month it was not a bad connection, but after some time it became so slow (0.73mbps).
I have an Unlimited plan and it was promised that it's going to be a fast connection too. The ping is 1000 every day when trying to play a game, especially in the evening. Trying to acknowledge what they are trying to fool. They are throttling the speed when I have an UNLIMITED PLAN.
This is actually the worst operator in Lithuania, might as well get Telia 5g, and not taking 0.73mbps download speed, I'm not even talking about the 0.0 upload speed.

I’ve been using Tele2 mobile…

I’ve been using Tele2 mobile communications for more than 5 years and have always reacted positively to them, but strange things have been happening lately - money is debited, unnecessary services are connected. I don’t understand where this relationship comes from? I am seriously thinking of connecting to another operator, because the money is flying away at a frantic speed.

They will sell your unpaid debt to…

They will sell your unpaid debt to collectors without notifying you.
I was using tele2 as my spare number when I was visiting Lithuania. I forgot to pay my outstanding balance which was ±50 Eur. So, instead REMINDING client (me) to pay my outstanding balance, these guys will sell that 50 EUR "dept" to collectors, so at the end, their customer will pay 150 EUR in total. That is amazing CX. And yes, of course, they DON'T have my email, they DON'T have my local address to send reminder.
