Very knowledgeable company really know…

Very knowledgeable company really know their stuff. Helpful with the questions I had over which products would be most suitable for off road running and provided a very quick response. The product is of high quality I would certainly recommend them

These ski socks are the best available

These ski socks are the best available. Quite pricey, but socks are the interface between your skin and the boot.
They need to keep you warm, but they must not wrinkle or move in the boot.
They must transmit the leg and foot movements you make while skiing directly via the boot into the ski.
They receive, in return, feedback from the ski.
Buy 3 pairs!

I returned my socks because they had…failed

I returned my socks because they had worn badly and I asked for a replacement

They refused to send me a replacement

I had hoped that the socks would last longer than they have and I have not worn them very often.

I am disappointed that after I sent them back to the company they refused to replace them

I am so sorry that you are disappointed by our decision but as I explained during our 20 email exchanges, our Lifetime Guarantee is against any fault of manufacture but does not cover wear and tear which was the case with your socks. Plus the fact, as you have evidenced in your submission to Trustpilot, you cannot supply any proof of purchase which is crucial for any claim.
