When I explained that I had never towed before Liam offered to take me out when I picked the van up for 30 minutes to give me some tips. This raised my confidence levels as I had an 80 mile homeward journey in horrid conditions.

We were very impressed with the presentation of the van, spotlessly clean and with a full service and damp check already done.

Having never bought anything like a caravan without viewing first due to the long distance, I was more than a bit worried, but I didnt need to be.
Our handover from Liam was great. Our 1st Caravan ever after being motorhomers and we bombarded him with questions which he answered and explained patiently. Had a couple of teething problems which he sorted immediately. Thanks very much . Carolyn and Neil

We have been looking for a caravan for the past 6 months and finding one without the dreaded 'covid tax' added to the price was impossible UNTIL we stumbled across Tees Valley Caravans. As soon as we walked onto their premises, we spotted our perfect van at a perfect price. We spoke with Tom the owner, who was very honest and genuine when talking to us about the history of the van and was happy to open it up for us and leave us alone for as long as we needed to look around. In the office, Nancy went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through smoothly and on collection, Liam, with his wealth of knowledge, couldn't have been more helpful in showing us how everything worked before we towed it away. I would highly recommend Tees Valley Caravans and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Tom, Nancy and Liam.

Myself and partner have been looking for a specific caravan for the last few months , we came across the one we wanted at tees valley. From the moment we walked in it was excellent service , Liam was extremely helpful , as this was the first time we had bought a carvan we had lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble for Liam.
He went above and beyond and made sure we had everything in place ready to leave , he took numerous phone calls from my partner who works away asking lots of different things on a daily basis and even the after sales experience has been fantastic. I can honestly say I don’t think you would receive this service anywhere else . We are very happy with our Carvan and know if we have any problems Liam and the team at tees valley will be on hand to help. Nancy made the transaction go through smoothly and kept us informed , there is also another guy who’s name I didn’t get who helped along side Liam on the day we Collected our caravan a big thank you to him too.
If you want a trusted place to buy a caravan then tees valley is the place to go.

Spent last weekend looking at caravans all over the North East, first one being viewed at Tees Valley Caravans where me met Liam. He showed us the Elddis 554 we had spotted on line, (all the others he had that we were interested in had already sold). We liked the van but wanted to see the others we had short listed. After viewing the others we decided we would buy from Tees Valley Caravans Ltd, the first van we viewed, and after a quick call to see if it was available a deposit was left. We collected the van yesterday after a smooth and easy sales process. Liam showed us all around the van explained how the Alde system works and demonstrating the operation of the heating, hot water etc.
Really recommend Tees Valley Caravans Ltd and will certainly try here first when we upgrade.

My husband and I weren’t sure if we wanted to change our caravan or not. I’d browsed on the company website and saw a few we we were interested in . On the visit , the first van on our list was the one , spotless inside and out . Tom the owner was exceptionally helpful with no pressure whatsoever. We had a think .. only a couple of hours and went back to trade ours in . The staff my husband dealt with were so helpful for the exchange. On the day of collecting our van .. Liam was on hand to show us the workings , answer any questions and provided excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble on a busy morning for them and we would definitely recommend the family company. Five stars from us !!

Liam, Liam, Liam. Such a brilliant help I have written his name 3 times. He isn't a salesman, just a bloke who answers all your questions, gives you options and explains about stuff you don't know. If he says he will do something, he does, he always has a smile and is the best person in the North East to buy a van from. Tommy was friendly and helpful too, and we now have our dream van. Was looking for a caravan and came across one from these guys ...They did us a virtual viewing it was excellent ...Placed a deposit down made it right to travel to take a look ...on inspection it was just as the video had shown. Liam who went though everything with us was so honest and showed us everything working ..Also Nancy in the office lovley lady delt with payment ect ...2 1/4hours travelling but 5 hours all in all but would recommend them to anyone very professional and friendly from start to finish .Nothing was to much trouble ...IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CARAVAN TAKE A LOOK AT TEESVALLEY CARAVANS ...YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.........
