Just bought our first ever caravan. Liam was an absolute star....answered all our questions however daft they were...told us the best places to buy equipment from...and after sales he still answered our questions and helped us out with any queries. Highly recommended.

For someone like me buying a first caravan, I can't have asked for a company more helpful than Teesvalley Caravans. Charlotte was infinitely patient and replied promptly to our many enquiries. Liam was a real font of knowledge - he answered many 'newbie' and some more technical questions, and it was comforting to have someone as experienced in caravanning at the end of a phone whenever the need arose. The handover of the caravan went very smoothly, and Liam even took me for a short test drive to make sure I'd be able to tow the Buccaneer safely off into the sunset. I'd not hesitate to recommend Teesvalley Caravans to any prospective customer.

From the minute we walked on to the site at Tees Valley Caravans we knew we’d come to the right place! Tom was really welcoming and listened to what we said our budget was and what type of things we wanted in terms of layout etc. He told us which caravans to look at and we didn’t feel under any pressure to buy - but we did buy one! Charlotte was really helpful in sourcing storage for us, ringing them to check availability and very thorough taking us through the paperwork for buying the caravan. Liam was absolutely fabulous sharing his extensive caravanning knowledge and experience when handing the caravan over to us and answering our many questions! He was also excellent in signposting us to places to buy some of the additional things we wanted. It is obvious when you walk on to the site that great care and attention is given both to the site itself and the caravans. The one we
purchased was a used one but is immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked to go back after purchase just to check things like bed size etc. We would 100% recommend the team at Tees Valley Caravans and if the lottery works in our favour we’d have no hesitation in going back to buy a new one from them! We recently bought our first caravan from Tees Valley after looking around for a while. From our first visit to purchase, handover and collection Liam was very helpful and clearly a knowledgeable and experienced guy, even offering advice once we got home with a few issues I had as a newbie.

Charlotte was also very helpful with a number of questions over various phone calls. I highly recommend the team at Tees Valley.

The service from Teesvalley Caravans has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I would recommend any one looking for a van to pay them a visit. Nancy Charlotte Tom and especially Liam who did our hand over and showed us how to work everything i honestly couldn't find fault if I could give more than five stars I would !! 100/10

We looked on the website and placed a reservation on a caravan during the evening , as this is an option . To confirm this had taken place we checked the website which stated that the caravan was no longer available so we were assured that we had secured our purchase. A telephone call the next day confirmed that actually the caravan had been sold earlier that day but their system takes 24 hours to update??? This is very poor service and people should not be allowed to reserve if there is a chance that the caravan is already sold. They have a duty to keep their website up to date if they offer an online purchase and reservation process. I was told by the customer service that we would not have been able to pay the full
Price for the caravan but it gave us the option and at a price of over £44,000 that is a lot to pay and then have to wait for the refund . Poor service and poor attitude too. It’s good to get great reviews but also important to let people know when things go wrong . Very unhappy with this company . First and last time we will use them. To reiterate, it absolutely gave us the option to pay the full price , you have the choice between a deposit and pay in full . If it was sold at 3.30pm and you know people can reserve caravans then you should update your website. Many others do

I viewed a couple of caravans (unfortunately spoken-for) at TVC. I drove up from London to Teeside and met Liam - friendly, relaxed and knowledgable, well worth the 9 hour round-trip! I asked TVC to act as a brokerage and locate me a Barracuda Bermuda - which they did within a week or so. I asked for an upgraded hot water system and air conditioning to be fitted too. TVC helped arrange financing via Close Brothers and I was quite happy to pay the deposit and sign the finance agreement sight unseen. Liam delivered the caravan personally and performed a detailed handover answering all my questions (I'm a complete caravan novice). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liam and the backend team I dealt with, Nancy and Charlotte. Fantastic customer service. Thanks all!

We recently had our caravan stolen and were keen to try and find the same Swift Challenger model as the one taken. My wife called Liam as they had the same model and throughout the time we were waiting for a resolution to our insurance claim he was very supportive whenever we called to check that the van was still available!
Finally we were able to drive up to look at the caravan and it was perfect! Once again Liam couldn't of been more helpful, explaining the next steps needed to make the van ready for collection. We took delivery earlier this week and are very happy with it. We can't speak highly enough of Liam and his colleagues. They were all brilliant and incredibly helpful. It may have been a long drive from the Midlands to Stockton, but well worth it and we would highly recommend them.

Bought a Swift caravan from Tees Valley Caravans. Great customer service. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The motor mover wiring had come apart on our first trip, however they sorted it straight away in time for our next trip out. Liam is very knowledgeable about caravans and even gave me a little lesson on towing as I had never done it before. Highly recommend.

We have just purchased our caravan from Tees Valley and the Process was very easy and the handover by Liam was very informative, it could not have gone any smoother.

Having had a VW campervan for the last couple of years we were looking for the new Ford Monza campervan. After many attempts to locate one for immediate delivery, a call to Teeside Caravans resolved the problem. From the initial telephone enquiry up to and including collecting the campervan on 22 April 23, the service from John Futers was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, he took time to show us around the van and all its benefits, a seamless, hassle free purchase and collection was made special with a lovely bottle of bubbly and bouquet for the good lady. John spent time explaining how the van and everything it had to offer operated, before we set off for our first night of camping, on the same day we picked up the van. We love the Ford Monza campervan and would definitely recommend Teeside Caravans. We travelled 2.5 hours to Teeside but it was worth the drive as we have had some shocking service from other campervan dealers close to home. Thanks John and Thanks Teeside Caravans.

We recently purchased a caravan from this company and cannot recommend their service enough, particularly Liam who was fantastic! Liam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about caravans, and aided us in finding our dream family caravan. He was very approachable and we really felt we experienced great customer service.

We also part exchanged our existing caravan here, which was a smooth process. Upon collection of our newer caravan the hand over was informative and carried out professionally.

Just picked up my very first caravan last week, a Swift challenger X 850..beautiful van and exactly what I was looking for. The van was in very good condition, and had motor movers fitted to my specification. Tees Valley Caravans have been excellent to deal with and faultless really, highly recommended. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, Liam and Charlotte were great.
