I would rate this company 0 if I could... what a shambles taking peoples money and not supplying the goods! I'm furious as this was a product for my little girl's nursery. They don't have the decency to even reply to emails on the matter!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

It’s been a whole month of emailing and contacting them through Instagram yet still no reply. A HUGE SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I ordered a dress for my daughter two months ago and am still waiting on shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed them twice and sent them a Facebook DM and have had no response. It wasn’t cheap. $60 for a 4 year old.
It was for a wedding and I doubt we will even get it before the date.

I would recommend staying away from this business, if you can even call it one.

I am heavily pregnant with my unborn baby and placed an order for an item for baby. Hoping it would be here before baby comes. The order said it could take up to 28 days to arrive which was fine. I then emailed over 30 days later and was informed that the carrier had returned the item to them and this was unfortunate and no reason was given for why this happened. They offered to resend the item with tracking or refund.i requested to send the item and was informed this would be completed ASAP. 2 weeks later. I still have no item or even tracking information. I emailed the company again 5 days ago and have been completely ignored. Absolutely disgusting ripping genuine people off and especially disgusting when it's for new born babies.AVOID!!

Horrendous. I ordered some soft toys described as twice the size they actually were upon arrival. Sent back and ignoring requests for refund processing. I have reported this company to the relevant authorities including HMRC. They can expect a visit. My bank is also claiming payment back. Absolute fraudsters. Be warned.

Very very poor services, I placed an order on 19 Sep 2022, but it is 16 Oct 2022 today I have not received the order (16926) dated 19 Sep 2022. I have emailed them many times but no reply is received, and they do not have any telephone number or mobile to contact. I am really disappointed.

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews after placing an order. But I can honestly say the 60cm elephant cuddle pillow is lovely. It's good quality, well made ,super soft & my daughter loves it ,her 3 month old son snuggles into & goes off to sleep & loves cuddling into it .I would definitely recommend it .also delivery was within a week.

If it was possible to leave no star I would !
Was led to believe on website items and online store is based in UK my items were delivered from CHINA deliver was nearly 4 weeks
When arrived 6 teddy wire legged horses were crammed into one small package I believe it must of been a magician that packed my parcel the legs were bent all wires poking through stuffing falling out , items were extremely poor quality infact so bad I laughed ! very dangerous for a 1 year old
I requested a refund and waited over 2 weeks for a reply ... my request was accepted , although they deduct a 15% fee and return postage is paid for by the customer I returned them I have emailed numerous time my parcel was received well over two weeks ago has I returned tracked and signed still no correspondence and no refund
Please don’t waste your money on the rubbish they will send !

This company has only replied to me once in one week the order has not been sent out I need to get it sent out because the poor little girl burnt herself and it’s something to cheer her up on and nobody replies there is no telephone number what’s the point of having a company that supposed to do deliveries when you don’t even know when the item is going to be delivered? they’re very quick to take your money but not quick to deliver the item

Please people don’t waste your time and money. I wish I had read the reviews for Teenybumps.com before ordering what I thought would be an authentic Jellycat item. First off, it took 31 days to be delivered. There were no Jellycat tags on the item. In fact the only tag found on the item said “made in china.” What I received was a knock-off. Not bothering sending back as would probably cost more to ship back to UK than what was spent buying it. Besides several other reviews repeatedly say they do not hear back when trying to contact Teenybumps about their returns. Beware!

As so many others have written, if it were possible to give no stars I would! This person is a fraudster. I was sent an incomplete order and although I did get a refund for one of the items I am still owed a refund for items not delivered from my order.Repeated requests for the outstanding refund have been ignored. Obviously hoping I would just give up. The amount owed is only £28 but it's the principle of it that angers me. It's just theft!

After ordering I read reviews and was dredding what might happen. Order arrived but was rubbish quality. Ordered Pikachu soft toy, £13.99 plus delivery so almost £15. Get sent a small cheap looking knock off with a suction pad for sticking to windows like those ones you pick up at the fair. Really not amused. Just don't bother ordering from these guys or even hope that the order might be OK, check the reviews!!! You have been warned.

After placing an order and then reading the reviews, I wasn’t holding out much hope on my order. However, it has been received today. I placed my order on 15 November and given the time of year and the current situation, I don’t think that’s too bad. Faith restored.

So after my last review teeny bump finally got in touch with me saying I can have a refund to which I returned my parcel to their PO Box now the email did state it would take up to 14 days for my return to get to the warehouse from the PO Box but it has now been way over 14 days and I still have had no further contact from the company despite sending prof of my return as I had the return tracked and despite several attempts via email to contact the company this company is terrible when it comes to customer service they do not care about your issues they do not respond to complaints I would recommend anyone looking to buy from them try and get your product elsewhere

Worst company. Do not buy anything from here! I ordered something and tried to cancel it, which you are allowed today before it get shipped. They said no your item has been shipped, 3 days later I got an email saying your item has been shipped. I have sent two refund requests and an email to them and have had nothing back. Do not use this company!

I bought a tiara for my baby’s birthday which cost £12 of course delivery took ages. Came squashed and completely out of shape. I would honestly not even pay £1 for a product of such poor quality, there’s glue coming out everywhere. Absolute rip off, have submitted a refund request.

I bought from this company a few months ago and returned some items as their sizes were too big. The company received my items but did not refund my money. I sent multiple emails but they did not respond at all. Luckily I paid via PayPal and reported to PayPal dispute resolution centre and been able to get my money back due to PayPal intervention. This company had no intention to return my money at all. There’s no room for integrity in this company. Please avoid buying from this company.

If I could give no stars then I would, this is a SCAM company they have taken our money three months ago and have not sent the item we ordered, we have had no communication from them and there is no email etc to contact them by DO NOT USE

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This is the WORST company ever!!! They advertise items that look NOTHING like what is on their page! I ordered a dress for my daughter and when it came the item looked NOTHING like what Teeny Bumps advertised and the quality was so cheap and tacky! I have contacted Pamela at the company to try return my items and she has been completely unhelpful and even ignoring my emails! I just want to return the dress and get my refund!!! DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
