Some damaged parts but fixed with great customer care
The box came damaged and with some parts damaged as well. The quality of the metal parts and their finish is poor. It is not possible to use the chair without the armrest as that’s the piece that keeps the chair together. Otherwise a comfortable chair. Would have been great if the back would be a bit taller.
L.E.: the customer care is great. Same day I left my review I was contacted by a customer representative and I was offered replacement for the damaged parts. I have received the new ones yesterday and I am very satisfied. The communication with their representative was smooth and they acted very fast. Many, many thanks!

Rattan garden furniture
I ordered some garden furniture and it took a while to come. It said 3-5 days on the site but took almost 2 weeks. Nevertheless customer service is very good and prompt. I have always received an immediate response to all my emails.
