Good products with good delivery. Used before and would use again.

This is a great company and the quality of the products is excellent. I have used them for about 10 years for garden trellis parts and these are solid, look great, and whilst more expensive than some they do last. Always found ordering easy and efficient and they dispatch goods quickly. The one negative is that they use FedEx. FedEx confirm they haver the goods which shows that Tecni have dispatched them but FedEx then sit on them for up to a week (inspite of next day delivery on their order). This has happened several times when ordering. Ditch FedEx and this would be 5 *.

Thank you for your reply below - Fedex emailed and texted me to say that they had the package 9/2 and delivery would be 10/2. I was in. They then changed it to 13/2 on the morning of the 13th. I was in. Then it was 14/2. I think you might find their tracking to you is different to their actual delivery. I have to say I had similar issues in the past with FedEx. I have all the email trail if you want to check. Luckily the products are so good I just accept to ignore any FedEx promises, especially through the Southampton Depot - not Tecni's fault.

I continue to purchase products from Tecni having done so on numerous occasions. Great reliable service. Helpful staff when I’ve called them or text for design and product help. Always quality products. I’ve come back to Tecni each time as they’re reliable, tried and trusted and excellent. You pay for what you get with this sort of kit and great quality is cheaper in the long run. Unfortunately my last order got caught up in the Royal Mail postal strikes so was delayed and then compounded by the Christmas post. No fault of Tecni though. Lesson learned for me to pay the extra cost for courier delivery another time!

Can’t thanks the folks at Tecni enough. Royal Mail had lost my order and what seemed like the entire firm bent over backwards and tore the factory apart to ensure a new order arrived at my door before a job needed completed. Great work
