I bought a techtron Elite 3500 scooter last year for my son. Recently he noticed he had damaged the back mud guard. I got in touch with the company and they were brilliant. They arranged the repair all at a very good price. Highly recommended

I have had my scooter 6 weeks now & compared to my old one I bought online this is far better, faster charges, faster speed & I seem to be getting more distance, so far so good, I had one issue my bottle holder damaged I guess in transport, after a phone call to a lady in customer service called Maggie a new one was received within a week, although I had ti fit my self..

Within 3 months, back light isn’t working as power cable rupture and accelerate paddle broken, have already sent email and they asked for fee even though I got all warranty.

Tried out the Techtron eScooter, and it's good. The design is nice, and it gets the job done with a smooth ride. The safety lights are a good touch. Considering the price, it's a reasonable choice with good features.
Item purchased (e-scooter) and when assembled did not charge. The adaptor was showing a green light but item would not switch on. Contacted customer services for advice and was told to send serial number and photo of item which I did.
No one from customer services called me back as requested. Tried to call them again over 50 times with no joy.
Left with faulty item 4 days before Christmas and given no help or support from this company.
Update - courier collected faulty item on 3rd January, as of today 16th January no further communications from this companyby way of an update and no refund on the card used to purchase. Very poor customer service.
Very poor quality product and terrible after sales.
We have spent tens of thousands as a retailer, stocking and selling the Techtron scooters and had numerous issues with their quality.
Customer services is based in Bangladesh who have little, to no knowledge of the products.
The scooters come with a 1 year warranty. Tehctorn have now informed us they have no parts for the Pro 3500 scooter and no idea of when they will receive parts. Given the poor quality of the products we have a number of warranty claims, which Techtron are providing no support what so ever.
We have worked with c.50 different suppliers, manufactures & wholesales and can honesty say Techtron is without doubt the worst we have had the misfortune of dealing with.
If I could give them zero stars then I would!
We bought a Techtron E-scooter in April for our son.
About two months later, we started to have problems with the scooter. Whilst our son was riding it, it would switch off and then wouldn’t switch back on. We contacted multi brands and despite daily emails because they didn’t answer the phone, we got no response.
It took over a month to get any form of response from them. They requested a huge list of details, which we replied with and then it took another month of chasing before we were informed that if we wanted it fixed, we would have to pay £25 for it to be picked up and then depending on what the problem us, we would have to pay for the repairs.
We paid the £25 and then had to have it boxed up to very specific dimensions. They arranged a day for it to be collected. We waited all day and no one showed. My husband complained and someone came the next day to pick it up.
They have the scooter for over two weeks and despite us requesting updates, we didn’t hear back from them regarding the problem or what was happening with the scooter until yesterday when we had an email to tell us the scooter had been dispatched back to us. Despite requests of what the problem was, we didn’t get a response.
The scooter arrived back today and no surprise, it still had the same problem so we are back to square one with an extremely disappointed son and a company, who rip people off and refuse to provide proper after care on their products!
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I made a purchase for my sons xmas present it was dealt with very quick and arrived the next day
My initial order was lost by the courier, Maggie the customer service agent was amazing, she resent the order and even when I accidentally put the wrong postcode on the delivery she was very patient and sent the delivery again at the company’s cost!
She rang with updates and went above and beyond to help me!
I did initially struggle to find a contact number to ring but once u did the customer service was excellent! I look forward to receiving my order today!! Thank you 😊
Scooter has one bulb blown was told to fix it myself. Still waiting for them to send replacement bulb. Never answer emails and so hard to speak to someone who has any customer service skills. Scooter if done apart from bulbs but wouldn't buy from these guys again.
Throttle on the scooter keeps popping off when my daughter tries to use it, £300 out of pocket. I’ve emailed but no reply.
I placed the order no shipping updates a week later, non responsive to emails asking for updates, the aftership tracking doesn’t work! Trying to track down my order of two scooters is a nightmare!
Still have no information on when my order will be delivered it’s very worrying!
