Misleading delivery dates
Very good customer service but a disaster in delivery previsions. Its an amazing store with lots of good prices but the delivery dates on the site are misleading. If you don’t mind to wait 2 or 3 weeks to receive your order it’s good service, if not you should buy somewhere else. Kudos for their customer service. They really try to help you the best they can which for me is the reason why I still recommend this store.

DO NOT USE because they don't replace or refund for defective products
Beware: if the product is defective, there is no right of return. I spent nearly CHF 100 on a product which is defective. They won't even take the product back for recycling, I must put it into landfill - really bad for the environment! There are very few Swiss laws to protect consumers and this company don't care at all. I would never buy from this company again, because the risk of wasting money is very high.

I bought headphones (around CHF170) at 20:55, I got them next day at 13:00 - Such a fast service is great! - I don't know how is their customer service, or what happens when products do not work. In my case I got it super fast and very well paced/protected. I would buy from them again

In case of issue, there is absolutely no hope to get any type of warranty or exchange
We received a product that just didn't work from the 1st day. Techmania refused to handle the warranty, and said that 1. we were responsible for sending it to the manufacturer, 2. to pay for shipping, 3. that their (hidden) terms and conditions stated that, contrary to the Swiss law and european law, they didn't assume this responsibility as a vendor
Consequently, even if they deliver a faulty product, even if they are responsible for the damage, they don't take responsibility. Never buy from this company, you will have problems
