I ordered a lamp on the 18th of february and still didn’t receive anything… I wrote three times to the customer service and no answer. I see that people have a similar experience so I guess this website is a scam, I doubt I’ll have my money back :(

I ordered a lamp more than a month ago, and have not received the delivery, nor any information on potential delivery date. Customer service can only be reached out by email, I sent 3 requests for an update and never received a response. Is this website a scam?
