Sale assistance was lovely, repair only took a couple of weeks and was updated all the time, only thing was the price £99.99p was a bit of shock as did not know how much it would be until we got to the shop.

My childhood psp has been revived 🥹
My backstory is that I haven’t used my childhood psp in a while and once I opened my psp, the x button didn’t work, it had stick drift issues and on my screen it had bits of green but once it was repaired everything was working and I’m very happy with it.

Incredible communication and service
Incredible communication and service. The turn around was so fast, I was updated constantly with the progress, and when I had issues sending my item, they were really quick to respond and offer solutions. On top of that, when I got my controller back it was packaged safely and worked perfectly!

The HDMI problem was fixed and PS5 cleaned
The HDMI problem was fixed well and the clean was a nice addition aswell, also was fixed pretty quickly aswell so I'm really pleased with the outcome and speed of delivery after, thank you very much and would definitely recommend you to my friends.

Smooth drop off at my local CEX. console was sent back in just under 2 weeks completely fixed at the quoted price. Updates were easy to check and I was always kept on the loop with where my console was by both text and email.
