First time user, polite & helpful man at CEX explained process. Controller taken & sent to Tech Centre for repair. Email & txt updates, controller returned within 14 days fully repaired and with 2 year warranty. Cheaper than a new one. Fabulous quick service, would recommend to anyone.

Great team ar CEX in the Dartford priory centre, was clear on how long the expected repair would be and the price. And received xbox in great padding due to transporting services.

I had an issue with analog stick(stick drift) with my PS5 controller. I sent it away to be repaired to tech centre thru CEX. I collected it after about 3 weeks fully fixed, functional with list of actual repairs that has been done. It might not be the cheapest to get this service done but I will fully recommend their services, especially considering that they give 2 year warranty on repair to compare to original 1 year warranty from Sony .

A very easy process with great prompt service. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would for a reasonable price. Most importantly for me is that the console was fixed with a 2 year repair warranty for piece of mind so I'm very happy.

They kept me up to date with everything from waiting for parts to come in and when it was going to be back in store. And if my item couldn't be fixed there was no charge and it was a set charge for whatever was wrong with it I would definitely use them again

So easy with tech centre. Just dropped it off at Argos, no fee if not fixed, took around 3 days, less than the 7 day turnaround. Perfect! Will be my go to tech fix from now on.
