I had shopped around for a new mini camera and price couldn't be beat, great customer service, great prices will definitely be using again.

Wonderful service from a caring understanding customer service. Ordered Roadxon Action Cam and a few extras (see my separate review). This is what it is meant to be. Highly recommend TechShack.

Product is as described. A slight delay on the order, Monica straight on the case and delivered very quickly after.

I placed an order which I then had to cancel. The company supported me well and their canceling process went extremely smooth.

I was worried our underwater camera was running behind on the delivery and had a trip coming up I wanted it for. It turned out the delay was due to the memory card I had ordered not being in stock, so they offered to send me a better one at no extra cost and sent via 24 hour delivery. Above and beyond customer service as well as an excellent deal on the camera in the first place. Top notch rare these days service.

Fab customer service from Monica (good to see she gets a few mentions in other reviews here) which is rare these days. She checked on product suitability before shipping and was polite, knowledgeable and extremely personable. It was such a pleasant transaction that I’ve already been back for a second purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Had an issue with item being out of stock, company could not have been more helpful and communicative. Very unusual but extremely welcome to be dealt with by a real person, especially when understanding the issue.

I recently purchased a Roadxon W1 Action Camera as a present for my 12yr old Grandson , as this is /was a product I have no knowledge of I was so lucky to have Monica on customer service talk me through the whole process and how she ensured delivery was made in time for the Birthday ,updating me almost daily! A true example of customer service at its finest,I'm sure Monica is highly valued by her team.

I had an issue with my online order. I contacted the company on their chat. The assistant Monica was very helpfull and resolved the isuue promptly.

I got a response within an hour after sending a message via their web site. The absolute best customer service I’ve come across in a very, very long time. Two thumbs up!

I recently purchased a gimbal from TechShack and I’m very pleased with the quality will definitely recommend! 10/10!!!!!

Response to Phone Calls Are able to send goods

Was hesitant at first as I wasn't sure if it was a legit website but I went ahead and ordered this drone with 2 batteries. My parcel arrived however I hadn't been given any batteries which I was disappointed about but customer service was amazing which made up for the bad experience. Monica kept me informed throughout the whole refund process and after a few emails back and forth I received a full refund at the end of it. Thank you for the help!
