Airpurcare 3-in-1 (46 inch)

This is a brief review of the Airpurcare 3-in-1 (46 inch) air purifier / cooler with separate heater function. Thank you to Monica, who provided excellent customer service. The unit cleared a 'musky' smell from a room in only 12 hours. Using the purifier / cooler on full blast. The unit only produced a sound of 55dB to 60dB. Between £0.02 and £0.03 per hour to run in this setting. There are eight fan speeds in total. When set to heating mode the unit will kick in when the temperature, at ground level, reduces to the digital preset level. There are three settings, the heat is the same, but the airflow increases with each setting. This machine will heat the air evenly by projecting it into the room. As the hot air rises you'll achieve a higher chest height temperature, than at ground level. As it only draws the full 2kw when first turned on, it tends to settle at between 1.2kw to 1.5kw. So is costing between £0.30 to £0.35 per hour to run. Although to maintain a stable temperature, the unit might only kick in for ten minutes each hour. The filters are washable and easily replaced. The machine is good quality. Although light enough to easily be moved. Can perfectly fit into a corner and project the required type of air (hot or cold) evenly across the whole room. Highly recommended machine, provided by a company that provides excellent customer service.

Great support

I had an issue with the drone battery after the purchase. Techshack dealt with it straight away. Monica was great over the phone, sending me a replacement free of charge and also explaining what might have potentially caused the issue.

i just hope my bank can secure back my funds. Monica is a deceiving liar. Stay well clear of these adept charlatans.
I was told i would receive the item in 7-10 business days, i was provided no tracking , then a set convoluted responses arrived by email explaining the items had been returned twice and still no tracking. The whole shipping story was false. No item arrived at all. The response below cleverly disguises the deception that i have experienced. Trade at your own risk , be warned.

Friendly & Professional Service

I purchased a Drone from the Tech-Shack website.
The following day I emailed them with a query that I may have orderded the wrong model.
Within hours I received an email confirming I had orderded the correct model and received a follow up phone call from a lady called Monica the following day.

Unfortunately a few days later I had to cancel the order and sent them an email to this effect.
The following day I received an email to inform me the order had been cancelled and another email informing me my refund was on the way.

They gave a friendly, helpful and professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if the need arose.

Super helpful!

I had a query on the suitability of a product. I ordered, paid and waited for my purchase but it wasn’t delivered in their time scope. So I emailed my concerns and got a quick response from a lady called Monika. Regarding your comments about the product being “cheap Chinese goods” and “falsely advertised,” I’d like to clarify that the camera, while affordable, offers a competitive feature set for its price range. Higher-end action cameras can cost significantly more, with GoPro's costing up to £500 (please note that GoPro is manufactured in China). Additionally, we ensure our products meet the descriptions on our website - It was just unfortunate that you received a faulty item.

Really top notch customer service. I made an order in error thanks to some miscommunication and they were incredibly understanding and quick (like 20 minutes quick) in cancelling the order and refunding me.
