DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.... Son has used it off and on for 2 months and battery only last 30 mins!
Son has used it off and on for 2 months and battery only last 30 mins. We have to charge it for 2 hours and he gets to ride it 30 mins before it needs changed. When we bought this item, it was over $400. Waste of money!

My order is taking a long time to arrive.

Still don't have my free gift. Thinking I might return it. Customer service 😖

I had an H5 board that was purchased in 2018 but I moved and lost the remote and charger, and needed to order replacements. I emailed Teamgee and corresponded with Lizzy, as I wanted to be sure the new sea horse remote would work for my 5 year old board. Lizzy was able to reassure me that I would receive the correct remote for my board as it would be tested first. Once receiving the package, charging the board and reconnecting (resetting) the remote, it worked just as before! Extremely happy with the service I received and the quality of their products! You won't be disappointed with this company! 😊

The wheels were tricky at first but worked beautifully on my H20 mini! I totally recommend! So much fun to ride on cloud wheels!

We love our H2OT boards which we have been riding for almost two years now. they really are of high quality. The only thing I would not recommend to do is: DO NOT RIDE IN WET CONDITIONS. When I drove my board through a puddle ONCE (2 months after I bought it) the motor wheels started squeeking the next day and have been squeeking ever since, it is getting worse over time and I will probably end up replacing them eventually. Don't trust reviews that say you can even ride it through mud. It's not true.
TeamGee does their best to support their customers. I have ordered replacement parts three times for my H2OT board (cloudwheels, replacment switches, replacement circuit board). Each time they took about 2-3 weeks to be delivered (due to shipping from China). My only complaint is that TeamGee does not have the large batteries anymore. It would be great if they made them available again. Also, the H2OT boards are no longer available for sale. A pity !
