excellent customer service very helpful and patient with my concerns and questions and mistake ordering wrong wheels, but I am looking for two motors for my H2O mini. I would love to get a hold of them. I guess my mini is been discontinued, but just wondering if there’s any way to get two motors?? Aloha Rich

Cloudwheel 120's for my aging Teamgee H5 arrived, fast delivery, easy installation (despite confusing verbal instructions on web link), and they ride great! For an H5 installation, use the new, longer screws (included) on the hub motor wheel caps, and no risers are needed. I got the Cloudwheels to try out on the packed sand of our Southeast US beaches, and believe they're gonna work. And by the way, they're quiet and add a lot of speed to the board! Customer service replied quickly to a shipping inquiry too. A good product, good transaction.

I purchased this to replace my lost remote. Although they charged full price for the remote, they didn't include any accessories that came with my original remote (e.g., Lanyard, and charging cable).

I wish i got the cloud wheels sooner! They are amazing, way more smooth, you can go quicker, and much better quality than the original ones.

My battery died after barely using my skateboard and I reached out to teamgee to purchase a new one only to be told that they are sold out and no longer available which I’m not sure if that means that they are discontinued or not since I have not gotten a response after asking them to clarify their statement. I noticed a lot of other complaints from people regarding issues with their battery that are similar to mine as well. This company should offer some type of consolation for the expense and inconvenience caused by this issue since I was forced to have to purchase a brand new electric skateboard the other day for several hundred dollars. That’s totally unacceptable! I have yet to get a response from them, regarding what my alternatives are other than to use my skateboard manually.
