Scam! They do not give you a tracking number and they do not respond. Their number doesn’t exist. Avoid!

As always a great product and delivery. Love this company, but haven't had a free sample yet 😭. Just had reply re free sample and they're going to send me one out, I'll keep you posted if they do/don't. I've just actually ordered 2 more items too. I can't stay away from Tealerlab, best CBD on internet IMO .
UPDATE --- I've received a reply From Tealerlab and they have said that they will sort out the free sample I have never received. Hopefully they'll send it to me and then I can adjust my review accordingly. I'll let you know .
Part 2. They replied to this review on 30th September, it's 10th October now and still no Free sample!!! And I've had some more delivered since then, again NO FREE SAMPLE! So I'm gonna have to change from 5 ⭐ to 3/4 ⭐ as I'm getting bored waiting for the free sample. I'll reinstate the 5 ⭐ of it ever arrives. I'll keep this review updated

Tealerlab France have taken my payment through the UK website but the customer service is non existent.
I'd recommend you don't use these as it seems it's a gamble a to whether your order will turn up.
I was informed 5 days ago that my package (24hr delivery paid) was despatched. I requested a tracking number (also 5 days ago) and have sent 3 further emails, all emails have been ignored and nothing received

Love the product, but waiting forever for delivery. Ordered over the weekend 24hr its Wednesday now and still no product, no reply from customer service, which I'm sorry to say, are shocking. Shame though.

Great products, usually really fast delivery, just keeping a star back because customer service could be better. This company is great, and i feel bad about the star, i love this company, it just needs to improve in that area.

I placed my first and last order (4466) with this company , they have already shown that my trust in them was misplaced , when I placed my order , it very clearly stated my order would ship USPS priority , when I received my tracking info, my order was infact shipped with a cheaper , slower logistics company

Up to now I've had a good experience of this company however after placing an order on 10th June I have still not received it. After several emails I finally got an apology and an update after 6 weeks of waiting. I then went back to them to request they send me some other stock equalling the same value however they didnt respond. After giving up on this I started to request a refund on my order - now reaching almost 80 days since my order my 4 requests for a refund have been ignored and I still have no product (or money back) it'll be 3 months next week.

***the response to my review was "contact directly at support" - i have been doing this, this is the contact that ignores me***

*** still telling me to contact them- IVE BEEN DOING THAT FOR MONTHS - they are ignoring me. They have STOLEN my money and nobody representing the tealer brand cares***

Great advice from knowledgeable staff.
Having found TealerLab on FB, I was a bit dubious but decided to give them a go.
The product I ordered worked for me & provided the desired effect.
Yes, it is not the same, but it is enough for me.
I agree with what is said in other reviews, but that does not bother me.
Give it a try, like me, you might find it helpful.

I placed an order 48 hours ago, and I am still to receive my product? I have sent many messages within the chat forum on the website, and don’t ever seem to get a clarified answer. Royal Mail haven’t received the item, as it can’t find anything with the tracking number provided. Is this a scam, or will I actually receive the item what I have paid for?

I make chocolate from CBD to help sleep. Great product just take your time to read the description to find out what is right for you.

Absolutely shocking customer service been waiting 9+ weeks now for my order I’ve done a live chat and they been promising to send for 2weeks now last time was 2 days ago and still nothing no tracking and now ignoring my messages again is there a uk phone number for these clowns? Delivery is good.
But cbd and cbd+ giving 0 effect.
If you want to smoke just for taste - you can take it.
But if you searching effect cbd and cbd+ is not that what you searching for.

As a big smoker, I can tell you that the taste is here and right now it's all im looking for.
About the high it's not bad at all.

Ordered and still not delivered - told the order did not go though though I have paid for the order - now NO ONE will answer me and they've said the case is closed - so still not received my goods and they still have my money - I have just spoke to small claims court but it looks like they are in France so now checking with someone there - absolute scoundrels!

EDIT...It arrived, over a month late.

My 3 previous orders arrived late, I was happy with what I ordered so I placed a order of £100 but that order hasn't arrived.
I've waited nearly a month. Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone from the company. I've sent numerous emails and waited nearly a hour for a online chat response but got none....

Arrived late.thought I had been scammed but it has arrived.

So I ordered £56 worth of goods from this company. The goods never turned up. I paid for a 48 hour royal mail delivery. According to royal mail they had nothing for my address. It's been 19 days now. I have contacted their customer service via the email address provided on the web site, 7 times I've emailed them and got absolutely nothing back. I've not been offered a refund or anything. Plain and simple ignoring me. This company should be banned from listing on the Internet.

Rubbish company first order no problem but second order never arrived 3weeks later and no correspondence from the company to any of emails I've sent trying to find out about my order think scam company who just rips you off
