Ordered on Friday 7th and promised…

Ordered on Friday 7th and promised royal mail 24hr delivery. I emailed and messaged on website page with no response to where my delivery was as hadn't turned up. It eventually arrive today being Wednesday 12th.
No customer service support and waiting 5 days without any idea if it was being delivered. Poor service.

Scam

48 hours after ordering and still no tracking number, emailed 5 times, no response whatsoever, feel like these good reviews are lies and its all a scam, will be going through barclays fraud team asap

Its all owned by 1 guy, so attempting to push blame is absolutely idiotic, both the UK and .com are both owned by aldoni Alexandre, so its all the same company, there's is no contact info or way to contact the "UK" side so the only option is to contact yourselves, you are the same company and should do everything im your power to rectify this issue!!!!

Terrible customer service! Never received anything

Paid for 24 hour delivery and 4 days later despite numerous emails and the live chat option iv received no contact back at all! They have completely ignored my emails, I have received no tracking information at all despite paying over £60 on products, their customer service is terrible and I’m not happy at all and will be taking this further and going through my bank as fraud to get a refund

I paid for 24hr delivery got a 4 day service.

I paid for 24hr delivery. My delivery took 4 days despite them advertising 48hrs guaranteed. I wrote numerous emails and asked for a refund for 24hr charge. They have not even acknowledged the receipt of the emails. Service poor, product only ok. Keep getting emails from Trustpilot about Tealerlab disputing my review. They only have to check their emails to their customer service and they will see mine that they never bothered replying to even now!

Have I been scammed?

Paid for next day delivery 6 days ago and my order still hasn't arrived despite receiving confirmation of order, and email stating that its been dispatched.
Attempted contact via email and the websites chat option requesting tracking details and had zero response.
My next step will be to report this as fraud through my bank in order to get a refund.
The lack of communication makes me feel like Ive been scammed.

Horrible customer service

Got a dispatch email on Monday, paid for 24 HR postage. Now Thursday and no sign. Contacted customer services multiple times by email and no reply, not even given a tracking number for the order. Will not be buying again.

I recently wrote a one star review after not receiving my goods. I had 4 great orders from this company that arrived within 48 hours and was very happy with but my last 2 orders got to the 1-2 week stage and still hadn't arrived, after emailing the company several times asking for a tracking order I got no response so assumed that I had been scammed but as the time went on I began to not recieve Mail from other websites which started to make me rethink that the company was maybe not at fault and today that was confirmed as my last 2 orders arrived along with another pile of stuff which looked like it had went missing in the post. So all I can do is apologise for my knee-Jerk reaction and should have given it a while longer before posting a bad review. Everything has arrived and im very happy. One thing I will say though is that customer service has to improve with this company if they had emailed me back with the tracking numbers that I requested I would have seen that the items had defiantly been sent so that is my only reason for not giving this edited review a 5star and have given it 4. Just want to say thanks again Tealerlab the product is spot on but please look into your customer service or send out a tracking number when you recieve the email saying it has been shipped it would save a whole lot of hassle.

Scam company

Contacted them 4 times now regarding my order which hasn't arrived won't even provided tracking details or anything actual joke of a company. Customer service doesn't exist feels very scam like to me. £100+ down the drain on something I have not recieved given them another day before I contact my bank for a dispute
