Shoddy communication to customers and the overall experience was unprofessional. Especially from Theresa.
They over-promise and under-deliver. If they told me it was raining, I would check for myself.

Utter scam. I’m surprised by all the 5 star reviews. They’re not even worth 1 star. No words to explain the treatment they give. Do not waste your time.
Theresa and Tom. The pair of them. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to get paid or find a placement.

She listens to my needs and understands what I am looking for in a school and tries her best to find the best schools for me. She responds quickly to any questions I have which is very helpful. Highly recommend this agency if your a teacher looking for a new school to work at.

TeachWays is amazing. My liason was Moss and I have to say, he is incredibly attentive without coming across as overbearing and is super supportive. I didn't have much interaction with the rest of the staff but if he is a reflection of TeachWays as a whole then this company is brilliant.

Teach Ways have been quick with all aspects of hiring me. With the DBS process, James was really quick and communicative. As soon as the DBS was sent out, I was given various options around London, and I finally settled on a school that I can walk to. Tom has been delightful and helped me to prepare for the school's trial week, and then communicated with the school to secure me a place. Recently started with Teachways and I am extremely impressed with their teams active assistance and receptivity.
