The packaging was excellent, the snails were healthy and moving as soon as they went in my aquarium. The only con was how long they took to get here.

Good Packing and snails arrived safe and alive.

It's been pretty bad and I still do not have my order. I've received multiple emails telling me the order would be arriving on various days yet the order still has not and every time I ask why I get a different excuse.

Ordered a mystery box for Black Friday plus some snails. Was supposed to be THREE unique strains of guppies. Got 6 of the same strand and they forgot my snails. When they sent the second delivery to make up for their error, everything arrived dead. Took me reaching out multiple times to get a response. Finally, months later, I received another shipment with no warning. Thankfully I was around. 3/4 of the animals were dead and the rest died before I could even get them in my tank. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They basically told me they can’t afford to give me a refund despite screwing up my order THREE TIMES and killing multiple animals. I finally gave up on trying to get anything (other than a useless store credit - why would I ever shop there again) back from them. So many other great fish shops online, do not waste your time and money here.

They did deliver my snail and quickly too, I think the price was fair however I was a little disappointed by how small the snail was, however they did refund me for the package being a little late. Overall I recommend them :)

Order was delayed a week. Didn't get proper order, about half of the blue rams, a bunch of red rams, and a couple netrites (all snails) that I didn't request

Canada guppies never disappoints. Always on time. Always alive. They put heat packs in the box so all my shrimp were happy. One even had eggs already. I like that I sometimes get random plants to. You guys rock!

Got a great pair of dumbo red tail guppies! The female came with 2 alive fry with her in the bag! The 2 mystery snails immediately started exploring and the 6 shrimp are scavenging! Great purchase!

I received an order of Shrimp!! Beauties.. Well delivered.. Thanks so much for everyone's generosity. The Colours are as vivid as advertised.. We all love the new additions

Shipping was fast and well packed, everything arrived alive. Excellent customer service. 4 stars because the snails I got were absolutely tiny, fantastic store otherwise, will order again.

Great communication from the start until my fishes got ship! Really nice guy! I would recommend Canada Guppies 100%!

The male that came died the same day. The 2 females were fine and appear still fine after about 2 weeks. If the 2 girls survive their 3rd week it would be much appreciated if you guys could send me 1 more male. if he survives I will be a happy camper. ( Blue grass guppies , of course )

Bad. snails were so small, it was a joke

Fish arrived a month and a half late, one with a swim bladder issue. Also did not receive part of the order.

Love the quality of my guppies I bought, the packaging was fantastic and the on time delivery was a huge relief. Will definitely be ordering again!
