Remarkable that an accounting firm has 0 understanding for someone’s financial situation. Had to withdraw from their services due to high medical bills. All they had completed so far was add their details onto my ATO account. Apparently, that’s considered a lot of work to them so I wonder how much effort they will put into your actual tax return. Generally speaking, people do not choose to have high medical/ specialist bills so to receive a comment that it’s disappointing you can’t afford a tax accountant right now is pretty insensitive in my opinion.

I think this company is a scam. I emailed them, they responded with forms for me to fill out. Once I emailed back the completed forms I received no more contact from them. I tried calling & emailing them & there has been no response. I’m concerned now that they have some of my personal information. In Hindsight I should have done more research into this company. Don’t fall into the same trap I did. Don’t use this company.
