Spotted this beautiful store during its Christmas closure. Visited website and choose the lovely Mary tote. Seamless pick up with excellent customer service. Brought my lovely purchase back to Australia and I love it more each day!!!

I brought a mini Mavis, arrived within a few days of ordering and was presented in a nice box. Leather is very soft and colour is a stunning purple. I was a little disappointed that the bag doesn’t close very well, I can still get my hand in the bag and it won’t close any further.

Love my Taylor Yates Agnes bag. The leather is super soft and love it even more as the worn look sets in. The wide shoulder straps make it super comfortable and it's big enough for all my essentials, including my laptop. My first TY bag but definitely not my last.

I just love the whole ethos of the shop, with bags all having a name which also relates to someone special. The girls were very helpful and I tried a few, checking them on a lovely large mirror area which is very useful.
I bought the Agnes bag and you are given lots of handy, helpful tips on maintaining your bag although I am looking forward to using it that much that it takes on the adorable, well worn look!

Very good quality leather. Was offered free postage, which was generous, but one notebook arrived marred in the post.
