Thoroughly recommended. Cannot rate highly enough. The guys were fantastic on the day making a stressful experience much more bearable. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service. Extremely well organised with consideration and courtesy. This company proved itself to be a very wise choice from the initial calls, quotes and subsequent move. Thank you very much everyone.

Everything was done with a quick turnaround - I only booked 4 days before moving due to a change in completion date and Taylors were on the case to ensure they could do the work. The guys arrived early and loaded up all my belongings with care. They never stopped and did a great job. They were just as careful unloading, and put everything where I asked, even building my beds back up. Fantastic guys, very personable. Would highly recommend.

This the second time we have used Taylors. From initial quote to leaving us at our new house, they were very professional and personable. They provided loads of boxes. No problems booking a date, they turned up early on the day and removed our belongings with care. On completion day, there was a delay but there was no problem waiting. We have not found any damage goods. A great service and will use again. Also, a very competitive price. Thanks.

Taylors Removals vehicle arrived on time.
The two guys who came were pleasant and professional.
They never stopped loading the lorry all day and were very careful with our contents.
The removal was scheduled over 2 days so they left and returned the next day to complete the loading and move to our new home.
They completed the off loading in a few hours and the guys were very helpful not to damage anything.

We used Taylors Removals for our house move. The service we got from Abi and the team from our first initial quote through to moving day was exceptional. The moving day itself was very stressful, but the lads made everything seem ok, we certainly felt like we were part of the 'team' and their reassurance was lovely. We honestly cannot fault Specialised Movers / Taylors.
Having been messed around by various people in the chain over a few days, Abi was super helpful with rearranging and making sure we had the removals rebooked at very short notice for the day we finally moved.

On moving day we had more disruptions and had to postpone the movers by a few hours in the morning, whilst we figured out what was actually happening up and down the chain. The movers we’re really understanding and when they finally arrived at the house they got straight to work and had the house packed up in around an hour.

When we finally got the keys for the new property, it was late in the afternoon but the guys from Taylor’s and Specialised Movers weren’t phased at all. A couple extra guys came down to help unload the vans and they were done in around an hour.

We genuinely couldn’t thank them enough for all their hard work and understanding throughout the whole day. Thank you so much.

very disappointed in the move. We have had taylors 3 moves before this being our last. I cant fault Abi she was helpful coming out promply to visit for a price, and was helpful and responded to emails promptly. We only wanted big furniture and a few boxes as we had taken all the rest to our renovated property. On the day the men were late which wasnt a good start. It turned out someone has handed their notice in and we had a fill in. As it was a Thursday move we felt it was slow timed as the completion was Friday they started at 10 and finished at 4. Carrying one vase in?? not a good sign. The mattress has dust marks on and the divan has marks on. They tried to brush them off and by this time told them it was a waste of time and I would see to it and had to hoover the whole thing and try and get the mark off. Asked why it wasnt put into plastic as per the website they said they used dust covers - hence all the bits of fluff on the mattress which made my new mattress look dirty. The tv wasnt covered in a padded sheet as per website either. When they put the freezer in the new cushion floor has now a small piece torn. At 3pm 2 very nice young men came to help and it was all hands to the deck with a barrage of furniture so it was so manic we just told them to pack it into the room so we sorted it out later. The two young men were very polite and very considerate. The first two who obviously didnt want the job at short notice kept stopping for phone calls, went to staniforths, having drinks in the van. In all a very very very dissapointing and unhappy and very stressful move by Taylors. We have been in two weeks and no one has phoned to ask if all went well or any follow up so when a review was asked for (which I dont usually give) I felt I had to.

Would recommend. Service was great start to finish. Took all of the hassle out of moving for us. Removal team were friendly and efficient! Thanks

Cannot fault these guys.
I originally contacted Taylor's removals however they didn't have the availability at the site I contacted however Abi advised one of their other sites (specialised movers) had space for the date I required as it was short notice I was struggling to find anyone to move me when I needed it.
Well I couldnt thank any of them enough. If it wasn't for Abi sorting it out with their other branch I'd have lost my sale and the whole chain collapse.
On the day 2 lads from specialised movers arrived and well they barely stopped other than for a quick drink. All in all to load up an entire house, drive 15miles, stop for a quick lunch and then unload it took a total for 4 5/5hours..

Moving home is so stressful however Taylor’s from 1st contact to the actual move was seamless. The professionalism & personal touch is outstanding. Nothing is too much, Abi takes all the stress away & has such a calming effect & her attention to detail ensured all went well on the moving day. The removal team were punctual, skilful & worked well emptying the house, loading the van & unloading at our new home. I would definitely recommend this company which had been recommended to us; thank you & well done.

On the day arrived on time. Collected from another address before our main move. 2 great lads who were polite and professional and extremely helpful all delivered to our new home without incident.

Absolutely fantastic service. We needed to move our entire belongings in to storage at short notice. I called and spoke with Abigail who was a dream from start to finish. She came the next day to survey what we had and was very pleasant. She was quick in getting back to us with a quote and even reminded me about NHS discount! We then had a fab removal team. Two lovely gents who were kind and didn’t let us lift a finger. They were easy to communicate with and couldn’t do enough to help. We then had our belongings in storage for around 5 weeks. We opted to then have our things re-delivered where another amazing team took several trips to unload our stuff in to our new home. They were really tidy and put down lots of dustsheets. Abigail was again brilliant throughout the entire process, putting us at ease and helping along the way. Would thoroughly reccomend :)

I could not recommend Taylor’s enough - my recent move was seamless from start to finish. My initial quotation with Abigail was professional, thorough and reassuring, which set the tone for the entire process! It wasn’t an easy task, moving over 130 miles, over two days and involving two separate drop-offs. However Rob and Jeff made it seem effortless and showed true professionalism and expertise throughout. They were extremely careful and showed real skill in removing my belongings from an awkward flat. Thank you all for such a brilliant experience!

Due to unforeseen circumstances our kitchen couldn't be delivered from Wren to our property and they refused to hold it until we were ready. Luckily we managed to find Taylors Removals & Storage and, at extremely short notice, they were able to accept delivery of the kitchen from Wren at the warehouse in Rotherham. They stored the kitchen until this week at which point they delivered to our house. The removals team arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional. They showed a great deal of care when handling the items and managed to get it done quickly.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Taylors Removals & Storage for their service and we don't know what we would have done without them.

Used this Company earlier this year in house move. As other reviews said, guys smoking in back of lorry with all our stuff in, they had no respect for our belongings being loaded. However they did work hard because of the amount of stuff we have. The days of the move are very stressful and you are asked to sign a form at the end of the final of 3 days for us, that all is ok! And you look at stuff which you think is ok until later on down the line. Found a couple of damaged items, which we thought ok give them the benefit, they did work hard for us. But a few months have past then we realise we have small expensive stuff missing, potentially stolen out of our drawers, which we were told that it would be ok to leave drawers full. At first we thought we had misplaced stuff in the move, but searching high and low we realised the only way they have gone missing is in the move. Make sure you check and double check all your belongings, I know this is hard but take it from our experience of stuff has gone missing, There is no doubt in my mind that these items were taken by someone on the day. Since this review the company have been in touch and have offered a solution, which is great. Thankyou Taylor’s removals. It has proved that using a company with experience, has benefits when things go wrong.

Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Getting a quote was fine, really happy with that process.

But, after there it goes down hill. Removals were to be done over 2 days, first day they turned up without the extra person. We paid for dismantling and putting back up of 5 wardrobes. No dismantling took place, the guys asked where in the new house they were going. I told them top floor of a 3 storey house and even showed them a 360 degree video of the house and access. They put them on the van without taking them down saying the people tomorrow could deal with them.

Day 2 started off great, emptied the rest of the house quick. Got to the new house at 1 and it seemed to be going well. Until half 4 when they can’t get the wardrobes up the top set of stairs constructed. One of the guys starts getting quite vocal that I need to go sign a waiver for him to rip off the back panels of my wardrobes and damage them as he can’t get them off any other way. By this time he had already damaged 2 wardrobes. I ended up having to speak to the office on the phone as I refused to sign anything. They agreed to take them away and bring them back dismantled. This happened and we got them back on the Tuesday (after not being able to do it on Friday).

During the removal on day 2, the removal men were smoking in the back of the van (atleast 2 of them - I have a photo of this). My belongings smell so strong of smoke, as a no know smoker, I have now had to wash all my clothes as they were sat next to hanging clothes and wardrobe boxes whilst smoking. Told the office and they just said they will speak with the guys as they don’t tolerate that. We also then had to take 8-10 boxes marked for the 2nd floor up to the rooms ourselves as they had just been dumped on the ground floor and 1st floor.

If you don’t want your belongings and clothes to smell of smoke, or be damaged, then I’d really avoid Taylor’s. They came recommended to me but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If I’d paid £400 for a man and van then I’d be a bit more accepting than paying nearly £1900 for this.

Paul and his team did an amazing job in packing up our online cocktail company and delivering to multiply locations. They were all very polite, friendly and extremely helpful when we had a minor issue. They rearranged their plans for the delivery and even came back the following day to take away the clearance. Great company and great communication with Abigail. Thank you
