Should have wrote this over a year ago but life happened! We moved in Jan 2025 and this company was great. From the quote stage to the moving they were always flexible and professional.

We had a difficult home to navigate and lots of stuff due to animals and hundreds of tropical plants and also a storage unit to visit. I must admit I was dreading the day as it had been so stressful leading up to it due to delays and issues with solicitors. This company were without a doubt the reason why we had an easy and stress free moving day. They were there early and ready and waiting, they smashed the move and helped with items I was more than happy to deal with myself and there was no damage to anything. We were first in the chain so there was a time pressure when we got the call at 10 to say funds had been transferred and we needed to leave. They were on the way to the storage unit to finish the packing within 15mins of that call and I couldn’t believe how quickly it had been done. We got to our new property to find their move going a lot less to plan with another local company!

They unloaded so quickly and again no damage or issues and were happy to be directed into numerous rooms, garage and sheds to get us set up well for unpacking.

I should note that I was also 20 weeks pregnant and had heart issues so had to take it easy and felt pretty useless on the day but the team were so understanding, empathetic and helpful.

I put my stuff in storage and they guys who came seemed great I got told to stop wrapping my stuff as they do it and they helped loads then my stuff came back and the guys didn’t even want to touch it what I didn’t wrap was all moldy my couch my beds chairs they lot and then as the weeks have gone on we are realising things are missing too my response was it’s what’s happens to your stuff from the company solictor so basically you pay to get your stuff back moldy broken or missing if your using this company check your stuff and if your use this company wrap it all up don’t listen to them

A very professional company. On moving day the team were very helpful and courteous at all times. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who is in the process of moving house. A well deserved 20 out of 10 for their work.

Friendly and reliable from first contact. The three men who came to remove our belongings to storage went above and beyond.
Storage pricing is reasonable.

Emptied our unit in Barnsley which was not a good start as told it wouid not fit in the vans brought and needed bigger van , but extra people arrived and all worked out well and fitted in . Furniture arrived in Scotland safe we were very happy with the service and helpful staff they did everything that was asked so after a uncertain start it worked out very well in the end , would recommend to others

Absolutely amazing service from first contact to move day. The three guys who helped with me move were friendly, helpful and clearly very experienced. They had to wait around for the final stage but they didn’t moan or put any extra pressure on me. Telling me this is normal and allowing me breathing space. Would highly recommend

Craig and Josh were efficient, professional and polite and looked after my furniture with real care. Abi, whom I spoke to whilst organising the move, was so very helpful and patient. A very successful move and very competitive prices.

We had one of Taylor's teams with us for the most of the day, namely John, Jeff and Rob (I think that's correct). I would like everyone know that their behaviour, attitude and application to work. We cannot praise them too highly, they were just brilliant and so hard working. they never complained about a change in position of a piece of furniture, always polite and such nice guys. From booking to removal date and very reasonably priced (compared to some others we have had quotes from)
Arrived bang on time, so no waiting around.
The service was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble for the 2 lads moving my furniture. All staff were friendly and approachable.

Very efficient move. Nothing too muc trouble

We had to arrange a house clearance at very short notice and Taylors went out of their way to accommodate us. Abi was so professional and friendly when visiting, the quote was with us within hours and a few days later the job was complete. The two staff who carried out the job were friendly, polite and obviously experts in their field. It wasn't an easy time having to arrange the clearance of mum's house but everyone was so kind and respectful. Taylors will definitely be my first choice when I need a removal firm in the future.

Very pleased indeed with Taylors Removals and would highly recommend. Professional and helpful and the 2 removal men went to great lengths to put our goods exactly where we wanted them even though some were difficult. We had a quote from another firm and were going to accept but fortunately we decided on a second and Taylors beat the first quote by a wide margin. Make them your first choice.

The quick turnaround from the quote to the move with a small window, the movers were very profesonal and pollite I would use Taylors again and highly recommend them to friends and family. Exellent !

Highly recommend Taylors. The office staff and removal team were friendly, helpful and very professional. On moving day (2 day moving process due to distance) the lads wouldn't let us do anything and told us to sit and relax. When we had a problem completion day with the chain it was not an issue for them to arrange delivery the next day. Thankyou all

Arrived on time. Very quick & careful when removing all the stuff from the house. Had to wait to move our furniture in to the new house as the previous owners hadn't finished emptying it but waited no problem. Rob & his team were a great team, professional, friendly & helpful. All the staff at Taylors were same whether it be in the removal vans or in the office. Thanks.

Taylor’s Removals we’re fantastic from getting a quote, organizing the move from the old house. Storing our furniture for a period of time as requested and then moving into the new house. The staff were all very competent, helpful, courteous. Nothing was too much trouble, they made the whole moving experience as stress free as possible. Can’t thank them enough.
