Plant arrived in excellent condition. It adapted to its new location extremely quickly and has continued to have numerous buds and flowers showing. More expensive than a garden centre if buying just one plant, because of the delivery charges, but what you receive is so much better and therefore far better value for money. Would thoroughly recommend Taylors Clematis.

I have been a customer for several years. This year I have purchased three clematis, all of which were excellent, healthy plants. I have received excellent help and service from Chris and Suzy and strongly recommend Taylor’s Clematis.

Beautiful plants and great delivery except one plant out of four was the wrong one! I got the feeling I wasn’t believed as they asked for photo which I provided. A replacement was promised but I was asked to take the mistake plant to a pickup point in a local shop to go back to the nursery. It was their mistake and I was surprised by this reaction. Eventually doorstep collection was arranged. I really was disappointed in their customer service which is a pity as the plants are superb.

An update on my order.
After planting all the clematis only 2 have survived. I did contact Mr Cock but had no reply, could not be bothered.
Over priced, very poor quality product.
i will never buy from them again and would not advise anybody to either. Avoid and use another supplier

My Clematis arrived in pristine condition, beautiful shinny leaves with 2 flowers and plenty of flower buds. Looking very healthy and very well packed. I highly recommend them.

Mail order for plants can be variable. This plant arrived in brilliant packaging. Totally protected. And the plant is first class, a good height, healthy, and ready to plant. I speak as a professional gardener of many years experience. Totally recommend.

I ordered 3 plants from this company. 1 was out of stock, so I had to wait. 2 arrived in good condition and are doing well. When the 3rd arrived it was looking very sorry for itself, and has not improved since. On advice from our gardener I contacted the company. All I got back from them was a very defensive "Not our fault, guv." reply and advice to water it - which I have been doing all along.
This company's charges are not on the cheap & cheerful end of the scale. I expected a better quality plant, & better customer service from them. I will not be using them again.

Wonderful service, quick, easy to order. Quality of plant fabulous. The little booklet that came with order is inspired. Not only displaying all the plants available (Many I have never seen before) but full of detail, hints and advice, Great service, how wonderful to see a first class small dedicated business that cares about their products but the customer too.

Such good service from Taylor's Clematis, received our very healthy Montana Reubens, a beautiful healthy plant, now in prime position in our garden. A very tempting catalogue came with the plant along with very helpful planting instructions, I have my eye on one or two more! Excellent service.

Great service from Taylor’s who replaced a plant I had received as a gift. Despite efforts to save it it did not survive and it was replaced without any fuss. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
