Do not book with this company! They have small print to charge you with all different kinds of charges! They force you to add the arrival time of the flight instead of the actual time you want the taxi so they can charge you more if you are late. We had met with the driver within the timeframe and he was purposefully talking to his phone and making stops on the way to the car so we can be late and they charged us the next day without notice. After our initial communication, the company stopped responding to our messages.
In their replies, they continue not to address the fact that we actually met with the driver on time and we were charged regardless, refuting the term "waiting time" that is clearly stated in their terms and conditions, and also insulting their customers' intelligence publicly.
As I can see from other reviews, making deceiving charges with an excuse that they are mentioned in their Terms and Conditions is a regular practice of the company. It would be a good idea for them to change their practices to avoid legal consequences, as it is obvious that they are not aware of the current European legislation on misleading practices and unilateral charges intended to deceive the consumer.

I do not recommend. They have Very bad commercial behaviour: they booked me twice once in June when I used the service and the same amount 2 months later. This is what their bot answered
“ Under our "Low Season" offer (valid November 1 to July 1, 2025), the initial payment represents only 50% of the total service cost. The second charge corresponds to the remaining balance to ensure full coverage of your booked ride.
This two-payment structure was clearly stated in our terms and conditions during your booking phase. Both charges are legitimate parts of your single Rome transfer service.”
This is Such a bad and intransparent ripp off. TSA need to make this much clearer in the booking process not part of very small terms & conditions that customers cannot read properly on a small mobile screen.
This leaves a very bad aftertaste to a Great Service.

Don't book with TSA! I booked an airport transfer from Fiumicino Airport to a campsite. Although I only had one transfer, I was charged €69 twice. The company argued that their 'Terms and Conditions' state that the payment represents only 50% of the total price. This is not indicated anywhere on the booking site. The invoice I receive also shows €69 as the final price. I will report this behaviour to the EU Consumer Rights organisation.

I want to be refunded as cancelled in 24hrs
Website also states the below:
TSA Airport Transfers has a cancellation policy with varying fees depending on how far in advance you cancel. Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled departure have no fee. Cancellations made within 1-2 days incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 1 day incur a 100% fee according to tsatransfers.com. Cancellations must be sent via email to be valid, according to the
You should not be trying to charge me half and want it returned
Driving service itself is good BUT ATTENTION: they CHARGE you TWICE!! It’s DOUBLE PRICE from what you read!!! It’s a complete fraud, ripping you off! Mentioning in their terms and conditions that it’s a special sales and some months later they charge you again for the same amount!! Really bad! NEVER BOOK IT!!!!!

Reply from Cabrome
Complete fraud - they charge you double amount on the credit card after some time.
“Low Season” offer - something never clearly communicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email. Even it’s been paid in cash they manage take second payment from card.
For new customers, they appear much cheaper when compared to other taxi companies, but in the end you end up overpaying. It’s a complete scam. I can’t believe they haven’t been sued in court for this.
AVOID!!!

We booked a transfer to Roma airport which was confirmed. But TSA took the liberty to postpone our pick up time twice... Which sounded dangerous.
At the time of pick up, the driver informed that he will be late because of traffic. So TSA cancelled our transfer (as we would have missed our flight). We had to pay for 2 new taxis in the street (so much more expansive at the end)... But the issue is with the refund! They told us that refund would be automatically processed within 48h but nothing happened so far, and it's been more than 3 weeks. I keep writing to them and calling them but they are simply not answering anymore and never calling back.
I do not know what to do to get my 92€ back but for sure, I will not give up and never book this company again!!

We are celebrating my wife’s birthday
Just had a note booking cancelled and they will refund money
Quoted terms and conditions and force majeur
We will have to queue and hope we get a taxi ok but wouldn’t recommend
It’s now Saturday and I am still awaiting a refund
Hopefully at some time I’ll receive a refund and this is a genuine company
Now 18July still no refund I have left message on phone line as no one there and also sent e mails
We booked an airport transfer in Rome through TSA Airport Transfer and paid €51.50 at the time of booking. Exactly 4 months later, a second charge of €51.50 appeared without notice or consent. When we contacted them, they claimed it was part of a “Low Season” offer - something never clearly communicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email.
Their responses were defensive and unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge any wrongdoing and even shutting down further communication. Based on our experience and other similar reviews we found afterwards, this company operates in a misleading and borderline deceptive way.
We’ve filed a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre. Avoid them.

Beware of misleading price entries on the site. When booking our ride, the special offer “Low Season” was listed, valid from November 1 to July 1, 2025, with a price listing of 53 euros. This price listing did not clearly state that this was only 50% of our total cost and that after two months another 53 euros would be deducted from our account. At first we thought that our bank card had been hacked. But when we inquired with TSA they simply referred to the terms and conditions which can be revised at any time during the booking process.
The terms and conditions stated that the second surcharge corresponds to the remaining balance of the booked ride. sevow secnd This practice was created to ensure full service coverage and to manage long-term bookings.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that, according to Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, passenger rights apply only to air transport. Cab and chauffeur services (NCC) do not fall under this jurisdiction, which means that our refund and reimbursement policy is managed independently and is not subject to the same rules.
The “Low Season” offer is currently in the beta phase and will be confirmed for the following year based on performance.
To us, pure misleading advertising and pricing! In short, scammers!

Do not recommend! First ride was okay (59€). Second ride (59€) was cancelled by them, but I never got my refund. After a month they took another payment from my bank account (59€). The mail address in their Terms and Conditions doesn't exist. When I called them out on it through another mail, they practically laughed at me and when I asked for explanation, they stopped responding. Now my 118€ are gone.

Reply from Cabrome
Scam! Please read all of the terms and conditions! They hidden the real costs of the taxi! As you book the taxi ride from their page for 59€ they will charged you, after a month later, another 59€ !!! As a „ special offer”

I have tried contacting the company for a refund after they cancelled the service on the day of the transfer.
They do not respond to emails, they can not be contacted by phone and the driver who’s details are on the email to contact about refunds via WhatsApp is responding with’I am a driver’ and to contact the company directly.
I left a review on Google reviews and the’owner’ responded with‘please check your bank statement the refund has been processed’..
No, I have checked my bank statement and there is only 1 transaction from TSA and that is the original debit from my account for the service that TSA cancelled.
It has been a month now..

We made a pre-paid reservation the day before our flight, which was confirmed vía email by the company!! Some hours later, TSA decided to postpone our pick up time by 1 hour, but this reschedule proposal didn't allow us to arrive on time to FCO airport. We requested to cancel the reservation but they refused such cancellation and decided to keep our money without having provided any transfer service to us. We have requested our money back several times but TSA has now decided not to reply our emails anymore!! This company is a fraud that does not take care of customer's needs. My feeling is that I have been robbed!!!
By the way, we had to pay for another transport, by a professional company I highly recommend, which allowed us to arrive at the airport on time.

The worst company in the world
They dont have any support and dont know even how to talk with clients. There is problem in the airport and after the plane landed we were waiting in the airplane more than 30 minutes. I contacted and ask to wait for extra charge but the driver left the airport and no one supported us!!! I asked for return part of money as the order wasnt completed but they wrote me goodbye it is your problem not ours!
It is not professional way of working
And the way they talked was just shocked for me
Dont trust this company and dotn book anything from them !! They are not responsible they are awfull and bad people very bad

I booked a pickup with TSA Airport Transfers for an international flight landing in Rome at 7:15 A.M. The website agreement states that the driver must wait for 1 hour after the plane lands. After landing at 7:11 A.M., I notified the driver and he responded. Our plane taxied for about 30 minutes and I let the driver know my situation. He stated that by contract he would have to leave at 8:11 A.M. I communicated with him through the process ("I just went through passport control, etc.") and arrived at the pickup location at 8:05 A.M. (6 minutes prior to the deadline), I sent the driver a screenshot of the pickup location and asked where he was. He replied that he was already in his car because it takes him 6 minutes to leave the airport. I called him but no answer. In reality, he clearly left 15-20 minutes earlier, likely either to avoid having to make the drive or to chase another fare while also getting paid for this one.
I notified the booking person by e-mail at the company who immediately responded, apologized and stated that this is a serious violation by the driver and I should send screenshots and details of my dispute to their admin team. I provided screenshots of all communications with the driver, which clearly shows he left in advance, as well as a summary of the situation, and also a link to a Trip Advisor reviews for the same driver who apparently has been accused of scamming customers previously (available by a brief Google search of the driver's name). I also left my own negative review of the driver on Trip Advisor, based solely on the facts, all of which are supportable by screenshots of our communications. Less than half an hour after that I received the following reply from TSA Airport Transfers:
"Dear,
Hi, the driver has provided us with all the necessary evidence, to contest that he committed a violation you must present clear evidence that attests to it, it seems strange to us anyway, it has never happened.
be careful about the review you made, and it is criminally prosecutable for defamation, even if you have the evidence (yours), in Italy it works like this.
Best regards"
First, there is no way the driver could have provided any evidence supporting his position. At 8:07 A.M., after he had left and while I was at the pickup location, he sent me a picture of his IPad tablet at the pickup location with my name on it. This only shows that he was there previously, not for the full hour as required. Also, the driver specifically stated that he had already left prior to the 1-hour timeline, and my 8 screenshots of all communications provided to the company with timestamps supports this.
Second, I'm a practicing attorney and this is not how defamation claims work. I don't appreciate this company implying that I could be sued for defamation if I leave an honest negative review about one of TSA Airport Transfer's representatives. I replied to it after this stating that I would be including all of this in my review. I also sent an e-mail to the initial booking agent summarizing this and asking to speak with either management or someone from their legal team, but I did not receive a response.
The EUR 60 (which I expect to be refunded) bothers me much less than: (i) the actions of the driver, which caused me to be late to a meeting; and (ii) the statement by TSA Airport Transfers that my leaving a negative review could result in prosecution for defamation; in fact I probably wouldn't have spent this much time on this without that "warning".
Obviously, I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and expect to prevail on this small matter, but my biggest annoyance is that I was put in this position by a driver who clearly was lying, and TSA Airport Transfers responded in the manner it did.
I would welcome a reply by TSA Airport Transfers to this review, and can also post related communications.
Edit: Defamation typically requires lie/misrepresentation, which I have not done, but as a courtesy I have deleted the names for now, and would be interested in seeing what evidence you say you have regarding your driver following protocol. I had no issue with your driver until he left before the allotted time and refused to reply to me, the main issue is that he did not want to do his job and acting like a victim. I sent you screenshots with time stamps subtantiating that your driver left early, to which he admitted. To summarise, the flight landed at 7:11 A.M. Your agreement states that he must remain for 1 hour. I substantiated that I had arrived at the pickup location at 8:05 A.M., which was confirmed by your driver's reply, also time stamped. It's pretty clear cut and I provided you screen shots confirming all of this. For some reason you are claiming that your driver was not in violation of this agreement. Please provide your evidence showing otherwise.

I did a reservation on early evening for the next morning but I had to cancell it a few tens of minutes after. I did it through the link present in the email sent for the reservation. The cancellation has been taken into account but I have been cashed in anyway the next day. TSA did not respect their own terms and conditions as a cancellation done more than 12 hours before the pick up is 100% refunded... So far no refund a week after...

The driver didn't show up!! I called him, I sent him messages, I wrote to the company, but no one answered me. After half an hour of trying I called a taxi. Be very careful, you risk missing your plane by using the services of this company!
