I booked TSA to collect me from Fiumicino airport. I was sent an email indicating the driver would be Mauro and where he would be on arrival.
The flight was scheduled to land at 6.45pm but was delayed half hour setting off. It touched down at 6.55pm but took 10 minutes to reach the terminal then a further 10 minutes to clear the plane. Then a further 10 minutes to collect us from the plane to take to us to the terminal.
At 7.21hrs Mauro messaged me while I was on the bus to let me know he was in the arrivals. I explained there had been a delay and was on the bus. When we reached the terminal it was chaos with the new EES system. I let Mauro know that there could be a delay with the amount of queues in passport control. He said the small print said he could wait until 1 hour after touch down. I asked what I could do when I had paid. He said get another taxi or train. That was the last contact he made. This meant by the time we had registered with EES, then gone through manual passport port control and collected our luggage it was 8.07pm. I let Mauro know but he had gone and didn’t respond.
It was quite clear we were never going to be in the arrivals 1 hour after touchdown and TSA did nothing to assist. I would have paid the driver more to wait but clearly it was easy money to simply leave us. Zero customer support for a couple arriving in another country.
My advice don’t waste your money booking with TSA. It cost us 64 euro for nothing. It’s a fixed fee of 55 euro in a taxi outside airport and 14 euro on the train.

As many others, I consider 1 star too much for this company. One should be able to give minus stars ! Of those this company would score definitely 5 stars. The companies has chosen an easy way of making money. They make you pay in advance and then cancel on you. No problem that they cancel (there are many other companies) - but do not expect that you would ever get your money back! When sending them emails about it, you communicate with a computer. After many, many emails I got the question if I wanted to communicate with a human - which I acknowledged. Now, that is the time, you never hear from them again. I therefore would recommend to use another company before you actually just pay without getting your taxi drive. Fraudulent company!

Total scammers took my money and didn't show it was told I wld get refund but it's 5 weeks on and nothing

I have sucessfully used this company in the past. However this time they took my payment (200€) paid online in advance - then cancelled the booking for my group less than 24 hours before arrival. I have tried to email both email-adresses. I have tried the online chat-function. NO useful response to my inquiry. My payment should be refunded as NO service was carried out but I am very unsure this will happen. Never again!

Cancelled my 3 am transfer last moment.
Luckily I was not asleep and was able to reserve Uber last moment. But what if I went to sleep thinking my early morning transfer is arranged 🙄
Wonder if I will get my money back??? Payed online.

UPDATE: after 2 h exchanging emails company is claiming I've cancelled my own transfer which I did not.
They claim their system recorded everything. So when I requested them to provide exact details of my cancellation they refused saying it is internal data they are not able to share. All they can say is that system recorded cancellation but they do not have a proof.They refuse to refund!

Dishonest company and completely unprofessional!
I had an extremely bad experience with TSA Airport Transfer. Before the ride, they confirmed the final price and clearly stated that no additional charges would apply. They even confirmed over chat that the night supplement does NOT apply, since my pickup was at 05:00, outside their own stated “night hours” (00:00–05:00).
Despite all this, 47 days after the transfer, they suddenly charged my card an extra €50 for the exact same “night supplement” they had already confirmed was not applicable. Charging customers almost two months later for something that was explicitly ruled out is completely unacceptable.
This is unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. I will never use their service again, and I strongly advise others to avoid a company that changes the price long after the service is done.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered a taxi online and paid Euro 85.50 in advance, the company cancelled and has not refunded me despite many emails requesting this. Surely the company could just keep track of these cancellations and not rip people off?

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This company not only cancelled our transfer 2 hours before pick up due to “clauses in their T&C’s” which had nothing to do with our actual booking, but after promising a refund in 2-3 business days it turns out they had no intention at all of returning our money. After emails back and forth with an automatic bot spouting garbage about sticking to their T&Cs and waiting a bit longer for the refund, it’s now been almost 3 weeks and we have received no refund at all and they have ghosted our emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! You can also just get a normal taxi and it will cost €55 no matter what, so don’t fall for this scam of a service

Essentially, they canceled my reservation without any reasonable cause.They claimed that they would credit the amount within 48 hours, but even after a week, they still hadn't managed to do so.

I booked taxi to Rome airport 30.10.2025 but there were not any driver waiting for us. I called 2 time the service number but they were not ready to help even if I could give all details. This cost me 118€ which money I have not (yet may be ever) get back. Luckily we found via Giubileo 2025 service point new taxi service . Poor service - lost money.

Do not book with this company, and if you do dont pay in advance.
I made a booking for trip from Fiumicino Airport to Rome and return and paid in advance.
They cancelled the first booking with less than 24 hours notice and I then cancelled the return trip over 24 hours before it was required in line with Ts&Cs.
I did not receive any refund or at least a notification that I will be refunded.

They cancelled two trips... and still waiting for receive the money back.
The only way to comunicate with them is via BOT... that repeat the same message again an again.

Prepaid transfer to FCO Rome airport. 8hours before 5am pick up it was cancelled. Email stating refund will be given un 2 days. No refund as yet. I will hold my breath, shall I?

Scamers. They take your money, then they cancel the trip and they don't refund you.
There is no way you can contact them, only an e-mail address linked to a bot.

I am now trying to get refund and I can't even get a human response.
So disappointing they think this is an acceptable way to treat people.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company if you are not Italian as they take advantage of charging your card multiple times even when no service shows up. They know you will struggle to get a refund through your banking institution and provide no way of contacting them. Scam.

Cancels every booking request I try to make and answers with vague cancellation reasons. Unprofessional customer service representatives.

Update to my review and explanation of rating. I repeatedly tried to book through their website and after receiving confirmation of the booking each time it was then cancelled only citing clauses in terms of use as the reason which I found vague. After expressing my displeasure about the service inconvenience the customer service representatives replied with profanity which is unprofessional for a business representative to do. Following my negative review the company has also tried to bully me to remove my review threatening a defamation lawsuit. One can infer from this that their 4 rating average is likely inflated. I would be wary of conducting any business with this company.

This is the worst company ever! I made a booking for a transfer in Rome and paid it directly by creditcard. One day before the transfer they cancelled our booking and promised to give my money back. Despite countless emails, I am still waiting and I only get responses from the robot. Never ever again!
Can I get my money back???????

Update after response TSA:

I already send more than 10 emails with my booking number, name and mailaccount!! I shall trey one more time, but the only response you have to give is: I give you your money back and do as you say!!

Collection no issue really driver a little late due to traffic.
Return - major issues pick up time was time of flight- numerous emails and calls to get a pick up time no response at all. Only responded when cancelled over the 24 hr period to say I’d been CHARGED. BTW Tel number was not wrong it had the O dropped as normal!
This was there response - quite abusing and still totally missing the point.
** Listen, after this email I won’t respond to you anymore. We were absolutely not supposed to contact you via email to confirm anything. When you made the reservation, you received a confirmation email, and that is our confirmation. By entering the wrong phone number, you did not receive the text message, which is an additional confirmation, but you had the confirmation email that confirmed the service. Your concern that no one would pick you up tomorrow is just a mental issue of yours; it's not a real problem, it's something abstract and not concrete, because someone would have shown up to pick you up tomorrow. So do what you want, but at this moment I will stop responding to you because you are pretending not to understand.
