My friend and I arrived in London on August 13th and booked a taxi through Booking.com Shoaib handled our customer service; he called us frequently to make sure everything was going well and treated us very very well. The taxi driver was named Muhammadjamil, and he was also incredibly kind.

The whole process was really smooth
The whole process was really smooth and easy. We felt very supported and had a magnificent communication on whatsapp. The only reason i won’t give 5 star is that the driver left us a bit far from the actual location and we had to ask for directions to find it.

Iilian was absolutely aersome. 5 stars – outstanding service from start to finish
Our taxi driver Iilian was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly attentive and considerate from start to finish – he even had water ready for us. We had such a great, personal conversation with him.
He was also really thinking ahead – he made great suggestions and even asked if we wanted to grab a coffee or pick up anything for our flight before being dropped off at the airport.
Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish! Ayan was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and everything was arranged smoothly. Our pickup from the Royal National Hotel in London was punctual and hassle-free.
