We highly recommend using Tax Hive to help with your business and personal returns. Customer service quickly answers the phones, our advisor Cherelle was quick to reply to emails and call us when we needed to expedite the process, and Monique quickly got the returns done. After they sent a draft of the return, we found one more deduction we left out, they quickly made the edit for us and didn’t make us feel bad about the extra work we caused.

Update 2/19/2026: Jeff @ TaxHive has been very helpful and responsive to my concerns; but I still haven't spoken to my new tax advisor and will update after I speak with them next month.
Update to my review of Dec 8 2025: Several months in, this has been a bad experience. My tax advisor never responded to any of my emails in spite of assuring me she would get me the answers and help i needed. I spoke with Devon who set me up with another advisor but it took 3 weeks to even get a phone call! After speaking with him a moment ago, I was informed no one sent him any of the emails I had previously sent Rachel and it will be another 3 weeks before I can speak with him again! TaxHive cares about getting and keeping your money, not customer service.
