Inept
Inept! Completely incompetent.
They failed to file our accounts with HMRC and got us fined. We'd even asked for confirmation that the filing had been done before the deadline. We've emailed them with the evidence that we'd signed off the accounts but they keep saying they haven't received it.
Am now trying to take back control of our Quickbooks account so that we can manage it ourselves and again they've emailed to confirm that they've done their end but Quickbooks support are clear that they haven't so I can't rid myself of them.
When I signed up they were run by a trusted accountant, but he's left.
I am posting not only to warn others but in the vain hope that they might actually transfer my Quickbooks accounts back to me. Oh and I'm getting the accounts for last year which I'd paid TaxGo in advance to do done by another accountant so costing me twice!
