For the last 4 months I was working with Kenya Sheard of Tax Defense Network, and I am so happy to report that she resolved my IRS issues to the max, easily exceeding my expectations. I regret that I have been overly anxious during this time, but she kept me up to date on her correspondence with the IRS and today shared the amazingly great news!

I had an excellent experience with this firm, particularly with Adina and Mandy. They expertly handled and filed two tax returns for a complex asset acquisition installment sale—a task that other firms and online services couldn’t manage. Highly recommend!

im starting with tax defense network they vsay theyll help me im on disability and being penalized cause of ex making lies wehen i should have collected she did i got penalized Dave been great sayin they gonnasa help i put first installment hope to bget some help this week ui will keep up my assessments so far ok nopthing happens yet hope i dont wait troo longh to get this tax thats hurtin me off me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i been waiting on a letter for a few months being on disability im hurting when you gonna stop all the penalties and they might lean me

Feel this is a scam. After waiting for over a year all I have gotten are additional penalties. If they had told me upfront that I should go ahead and pay I would have been better off. I ended up finding my solution talking to the IRS!

These people and at least one of their partner companies (MoneySolver) are scammers.

The best thing to do is take the extra 5 minutes out of your life and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $12,000 to address my tax relief debt, and after two years, nothing has been accomplished or filed. While waiting for my accountant to finalize the paperwork to amend my taxes, they decided to close my case. This happened because they wanted to charge me an additional $6,000 to amend the taxes—something my accountant could do for a third of that cost.

Now, to reopen my case and finish what was started two years ago, they want another $6,000. If I felt they could actually achieved any debt relief, I would have gladly paid. But, I have no confidence in there ability at all. Instead, it feels like they’re just diverting the debt to themselves. An absolute nightmare to deal with!

The worst service ever got zero relief on tax debt, they stalled and strung out the service so they could collect all of their money and let me know they could not do anything. The debt expert was not helpful at all and offered zero assistance. Do not use these guys ever

Have they gone out of business? I have been calling and emailing. No response. My text messages come back as number invalid. Have I been scammed?

Tax Defense Network is a trustworthy company. Even though my situation was not one that had a remedy they still provided valuable advice. I worked with Vincente and he was professional and knowledgeable.

This company sells false hope. They do not ask if you have equity in your home during intake. According to the case manager, if you have enough equity in your home to pay your taxes, the IRS will not allow a reduced payment. So, monthly amount I will owe thru this program is the EXACT SAME AMOUNT I would pay on my own to the IRS. I will not pay this company $280 a month to do what I can do by myself. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you value your time, money and Peace do not conduct business with this company. I spoke with Mark and told him that I did not need their services after I paid them $750. Mark said that they were keeping $250 for processing. I asked for a transcript of interactions and everything done to justify the $250 and I have not received that information. I called back a week later because I had not received my refund, Mark said that he had emailed me a refund request form. He did not email that form and I would have never known a form was needed if I had not called back. He then emailed the form on 11/6. I faxed it back to him the same day with bank account and routing number as requested on the form. I called him on 11/10 and he said it takes time to process. This is ridiculous, he then transfers me to accounting, who tells me the same thing. They have my money, the release form and my bank account information. They refuse to refund my $500 and are keeping an additional $250 I am in worse shape now dealing with these crooks than I was before calling them. Send me my $750 today!!! My next step is to contact he Better Business Bureau. Update, The BBB complaint has been filed!!!

Since my last review was flagged by TDN for stating facts I’ll try a different way, I paid them $13,000 and they did absolutely nothing but drag it out for over 1 1/2 years. The IRS took almost $20k from us and absolutely nothing was done about it from TDN, we couldn’t even get a response from our agent. We had a conversation with the IRS agent a few days ago and got more accomplished in that one phone call than this company did in that whole 1 1/2 years.
